Danny did a great job helping me get my flat tire fixed!

Service writer wasted two hours of my time telling me they could get it done before I needed to be out the door. I even let him know I could come back in the afternoon if that worked better. He said no, we're good. Wasted my morning.

Came in with a battery warning light on. Was told I needed a new battery. They installed one but I had to come back after work because the light was still on. A guy "tested" the battery again and said it and the alternator were fine and the warning light simply had not reset. Drove home and car quit 5 mins from home. It's now at a local shop getting the bad alternator replaced. I feel like this is something that should've easily been caught with just a little more attention to detail and time.

They went above and beyond finding me a replacement tire when I had a blowout on the way to work. Great job.

There may not be a next visit to your store. When I got home and parked on my driveway I moved my vehicle and discovered a pool of oil drippings and I had to get my power washer out and clean it off my driveway this is totally unacceptable . I also noticed that the service technician getting in and out of my vehicle had greasy boot marks on the floor next to my floor mats

They tried multiple times to fix my tpms light which they broke the sensor and supposedly replaced. I took my car back for the 3rd time they supposedly replaced the sensor they replaced the first time. After driving a couple more miles the tpms light came back on. Now I have to pay the dealership to fix my car that you all broke and I will be contacting the better business bureau.

On July 6,2019 I came in the store because I had a screw in my tire, I ended up getting 2 rear tires. I was about to leave and decided to go back in and see if they could do my oil change, they said yes. I drive a 2017 Chevy Camaro SS. 50 year anniversary edition. So they took my car and after a period of time brought it back and cashed me out and I left. At the time my mileage was around 32,000 ish. Sticker was placed on my windshield for next oil change at around 37,000ish. My car requires 10 quarts of oil. About 3 weeks later my oil light came on , I just assumed they forgot to reset it??? So on Tuesday my oil life came on and it said it was at 0%. I couldn't believe it, so when I got to work I checked my oil and there was only a faint spot on my dipstick. I was very upset because I'd been driving my car with little to No oil in it for quite some time. My car has no leaks, the plug was in place , so I called the store immediately and told them that my car had no oil in it. They told me to put some oil in it and get it to them so they could look at it or they would have it towed to the shop. I did buy 2 quarts of oil and put it in and drive it there. They took it to the garage and verified no leaks and put oil in and reset my oil change light. The Manager said he didn't know how that happened and apologized. But my engine could have locked up or a cracked head! This is so disappointing to me. Especially being a woman.

This is the only tire service company in Jeffersonville that is trustworthy. I have sent friends and family there to Dennis for many years for honest and quality work.

Service takes too long. Time estimates always way off. Had to make two trips this last time to get everything done I asked for in first appointment.

In and out in an hour!!!! Even when the house was packed. The guys are awesome, never tried to sell me more than I needed!! Explained everything clearly and they are overall best tire store I've ever been to. I am a loyal customer as long as they remain the friendliest, most honest place in town.

On Fri, 9-20-19 I dropped my car at 10:00 am for a $300 plus rear brake job. I returned at 11:20 am and my car had not been touched. The day before on Thurs 9-19-19 I had spent $900 plus on new tires. When I realized my car repair had not been started for over 80 minutes I left the shop and have no plans to return.

Dennis the Manager runs a well oiled machine. He gives the employees first hand professional direction, and not afraid to get his hands dirty as well. The employees are smiling, work together as a team, and seem to enjoy their work. They handled my new wheels as though they were there own. I will be back! Thanks Big O
