Your store is the only Michelin Warranty in Jeffersonville, otherwise I would have went somewhere else. The salesman tried to sale me the wrong tires for my vehicle, couldn't figure the correct warranty discount I received from Michelin, never called me to let me know the tires that were ordered arrived. And now the tire presser sensor on my vehicle doesn't work on one tire. He also tried to tell me that my front end was "way" out of alignment. Little did he know I just had it aligned 4 weeks prior at the dealership.

Great place to go. They know me, are always friendly, fast and competitively priced. Always a good experience.

When I bought my new tires and had them mounted and balanced, there was a free alignment CHECK. This check showed the front wheel camber to be significantly out of spec on both sides. Two days later, I brought my car back for an alignment. This time, the before and after alignment measurement report indicated that the starting camber for the front wheels was very much within spec contrary to the alignment CHECK taken two days earlier. Perhaps the measurements taken when I bought the tires were taken by a different instrument than when I brought the car back for an alignment. If so, one of the alignment instruments is out of calibration. I'm wondering which one was wrong. Here's the problem: the different readings quite likely causes unnecessary expenditures by your customers for unneeded wheel alignments.

I made an appt for 10 am on a Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 10, said i had an appt at 10 and they say they are busy and will be about and hour. So i go to Kohls to shop. I get back at 11:15 and my car is sitting in back outside. I go up front and ask if they had done anything on it yet and they say that did oil change but waiting to rotate tires and they were busy. I had to sit in store and wait another 30 minutes so with an appt it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change and rotation, is that good? i dont think so. I asked why it wasnt done yet bc i had an appt, does an appt mean anything? They said it sort of did and corporate makes them accept appts but does not really make it go faster or put you in front. So my question is: do appts matter? if i spend time to plan ahead and make one, does it get me anything or should i just show up like others and i'll be in same place. Then i get in car and the need oil change light was still on so had to go back in and have them reset it. Was not very happy with this experience. Hope next time is better or i may go elsewhere.

I bought my tires from here in January, so I came back to get my tire checked for a leak. It had a screw in it that I gad fixed. Danny had explained to me that I needed a new tie rod end. After my husband fixed it, I came back for an alignment. After my alignment I asked the man, not Danny, if everything else was fine and he said yes. My "stability trak service" light was on. I took my car to my mechanic and found out that Big O didn't reset my steer angle sensor, like they should have during the alignment. If I go back, I will not deal with anyone besides Danny.

The salesman attempted to up-sell several times, which is part of the sales process. What is not part of quality service is holding a clean air filter and telling me it needs to be changed because of the leaves and hair in it. After over an hour waiting on a simple oil change, pushing for extra services including new tires and a tire rotation which I informed him already that I had done it myself the day previous, I will not be back. There was no interest or concern in what was best for me or my car. I would never suggest anyone go here, unless they were prepared to face poor salesmanship.

We went to Big O for an oil change. The work was completed within the time frame we were given, even though they were very busy. We were pleased and will use Big O again in the future.

Went in to have my brake pads/shoes put on. They said only the front needed it. Charged me for the service but when I went to my car, the new pads I had bought were still sitting in the box untouched. They hadn't put them on the car so I was charged for nothing. Went back in to ask why they weren't put on and they said oh he was focused on the back that he forgot the front. So they were going to let me leave with nothing being done to the car. At the end of the day, they were fixed but I will not be going back because they were going to let me leave having paid for a service that wasn't done!

I have always great service from everyone. Even when one time someone forgot to put in all the oil, it was taken care of right away, plus, no charge. Everyone always have a smile on their face and make you feel like you are the only customer there.

Told the CSR that we wanted the tires rotated, my wife shows up at noon, they were not rotated but did it within 10 minutes We had a nail removed and plugged, on the way home after work the tire kept losing pressure down to 15lbs stopped at a local tire place in charlestown, they looked at it and said the rim was bent, that is why it was losing pressure. They took the tire off greased the rim/tire and it's held pressure since. Told us to buy a new rim, not sure how the rim was bent as Big O shouldn't have taken the tire off the rim Purchased all 4 tires last year from Big O during that return trip the tire pressure was inconsistent from tire to tire that's why i would not recommend Big O, tipped the tire store in Charleston 20 for doing it at closing, correcting Bog O errors
