After getting an oil change, my engine light was on and the car made a noise while driving. After returning the staff discovered that the air filter box had not been reinstalled properly and the drip pan under the engine was only reattached on one side. The people in customer service were great. The quality of work was poor.

This was my second visitto this store once again very unhappy that I have to return to have service done right.My tires were purchased there so Ihave to have tire balance done at no cost.Second time its happened car shaking.Have to take a day from my very busy schedule to have redone.Also this visit I dropped my car and attendant who took care of me was very nice,not so when I returned to pick up my car.3 people at the counter. One may was waiting on a customer so I stood at the other counter where I was literally ignored for about 3 minutes.Did look up but continued paperwork with acknowledging me.So I stepped to other counter the other man that was just standing there just walked away.What happened to "someone will be with you in a second "??????? What's happened to hood customer service.

Had a low tire, had Big O tires and the tire was replaced! In and out in about 30 minutes!

Tire was leaking air. It was the rim which they fixed. I also asked for the wiper blades to be changed. Sales rep asked regular or premium which lead to a discussion of the differences, which I knew nothing about. I ended up thinking I was buying the premium. I asked of the cost and said about $20 per blade, right? Sales rep agreed. Picked up the car without the blades replaced or charged and no explanation. I had an appointment to make so I was unable to determine why the work was done. My $25 coupon was removed from the dash.

I was charged around $170 to have my spark plugs replaced. I had asked for a tune up to fully replace my spark plugs, plug wires, air filter, distributor cap, PVC valve, etc.. I know for a fact that they needed to be replaced because the last tune up I had was 60,000 miles ago. It was devastating to hear that I had to pay the much for something so trivial.

I was told my service would not take longer than an hour to perform. I returned over two hours later and my truck was just then being jacked up to patch the tire. I left and drove all the way home on a tire that was only half-way filled up and when I went to reinflate my flat tire I saw that the hub cap was barely attached and could have easily flown off on my way home. Very disappointed in my experience.

I was charged $52 for a oil change. And who ever did it forgot 2 plug a cable back in. Causing my check engine light to come on. The oil change was $15-$20 more than I would have been charged at Walmart I will probably never be back for a oil change

25+ Year customer. Since moving to Allison lane location customer service has severely declined. After rotation Big O use to tell you everything about your car tire wear, shocks, struts, Allignment... and give recommendations for service. Lately it's just "your car is ready". We have purchased many big O tires and allignments over the years. On last rotation and balance I Had to get all new lug nuts put on since the tops were so worn out they were impossible to remove. Since Big O has been the only one to touch these wheels you need to check your sockets for wear or instruct proper usage of impact guns. Before rotation - Allignment was good. After rotation - car pulled to the left. Failed to check Allignment after rotation? Finally was able to get back in 3 weeks later explained situation again and requested an Allignment. Technician explained several reasons why vehicle was pulling left. Did good job of trouble shooting and recommended replacing rotors due to slightly warped which causes vibration during breaking. showed where Allignment was fixed. Back on the road again and still pulling left. We will be back in two weeks for rotors, Allignment, and explainiation. Probably our last visit.

I expressed that I wanted to keep my old tires and not be charged the disposal fee. Well, I was charged and had to go get the tires out of dumpster. Also waited 45 minutes after my car was done before they called me to check out.

I dropped my car off before they opened. Their service is always great. They do not lie to me about what is needed. I thought I needed new brake pads on the front. They informed me I was good until another 8,000 miles. They also performed an oil change. The people at this Big O Tires is why I continue to come back.
