I was not greeted by anyone when entering the store, in fact the two managers (I assumed by their red shirts) were busy with others. Not a problem and I understand that, but the lady behind the counter, never offered to speak with me or even make eye contact to let me know that someone would be with me shortly. When I picked my vehicle up (after buying 4 new tires, and spending over $600.00) the Tire Pressure Monitor warning lights were on. They had not reset the pressure sensors after installing new tires. When I pointed this out to management they questioned if the light was on when I brought the vehicle in. Since it was not, they decided to check it, and reset the sensors. Then while checking the sensors, they realized that the valve stem caps had not been put on the new tires. They found caps and put them on. I like Big O and have used different locations for years, and multiple vehicles. Not an experience that will make me shop elsewhere, but certainly not an experience that makes me anxious to recommend this location to others.

The guy met me at my car and he was so nice. I've never received service like this at a tire place. He was knowledgeable and very nice. I had to buy one tire but I will definetely be coming back for other service.

I was told by Keith, the tires I pruchased were "in stock" because they were the most popular tire. And that the tires could be installed within 1.5 hours. After that time, I checked on the status of my car, and was told, "we are stil waiting on the tires to be delivered from the warehouse". And was told the warehouse was in New Albany!! If I had know that, I would have gone to a store that had the tires IN THE STORE!! Ends up, it took amost 2.5 hours to get my tires installed. I was VERY FRUSTRATED that I was held hostage at the store, and not informed that the tires had to come from warehouse, and how slow they weere to get them to the store. I would have appreciated an honest update, and opportunity to leave and return when the tires arrived. It was a bunch of BULL and very unprofessional.

You think they would expect a vehicle that they worked on to ensure if is safe to place back on the road or at least notify the owner that hey there's some issues. Wasnt even willing to back their own warranties. I guess it's more reasonable blame the owner of the vehicle. I guess us as vehicle owners take car tires off in the middle of the night and hit them with a belt sander because we rather have new tires that we already just purchased for no reason and be without a vehicle. Also don't believe I'll be back. Even though I was just about to purchase tires for my truck because I was told a warranty wouldn't hold because the truck would be going off road. Kinda hard to avoid that when I work out on the river and getting there requires going off-road.

I have been a Big -O customer for over 35 years and have never been disappointed with your work.

I was very disappointed in the service on Saturday. I called to make sure they would be able to handle an oil change and tire rotation that day & then to inspect my front brakes. They said yes so I showed up and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour my car was pulled around front to which I thought it was done. Come to find out the oil had only been changed & tires not done yet or brakes checked. One of the guys helping me was very nice & confused why it all hadn't been done together. He got the car back next which I thought was great. They were rushing so fast to get the tires rotated and balanced, which I'm not sure how it cost $30 to get balanced because it took them all of 5 minutes to do all of that, to me not worth $30 or maybe they didn't even do it like they said they did & at this rate I am pretty sure that's the case. The brakes were given an estimate in that short amount of time too but they said they didn't have time to look at my roters but could tell I needed brakes & would have to bring it back in to look at the other, again all of this in five minutes or less. I feel less than safe as I do not think for me paying everything I did they looked at my car safely to check things out but could determine what I needed at a ridiculous price. Then after all of that my car is pulled around front with oil everywhere inside. On the steering wheel, shift stick, floorboard, and driver side door where handle & window controls are. I filled a whole white towel of oil after cleaning it off when I got home. I understand saturdays are busy & there was probably 15 people waiting as well but I would have much rather been told it would be better to come back later or another day than to be given the speed work & who knows really whether they did every thing they said they did. According to their report I need front brakes (maybe roters but not enough time to see they said) & I really don't think I will be returning. My parents as well as myself have taken our cars to big o for years & followed after the move. But I am very upset & disappointed. The new building upgrade is nice but the service didn't follow.

Had a low tire, had Big O tires and the tire was replaced! In and out in about 30 minutes!

The alignment was good. But I read on internet with oil change you get free lube. The guy at desk said no it was $5 extra... so I said go ahead and do it. Well went to pick car up and ask if a lube was done and he said no.. bring back tomorrow. The guy was more interest in flirting with the other female( Rachel )that works there at counter. I have been a customer of big O for many many years and never had a problem until now... maybe its growing pains and you don't need great customer service any more. I don't know? Maybe I will be checking a competitor of your next time.

I went in to have them check if I had a spare tire. I decided to have an oil change done and new front wiper blades installed (at their suggestion). I was pleased that someone met me outside and took my car straight back and work done very quickly. I was impressed that they checked all my fluids and gave me a card showing what they had found. I noticed within a day that there was an oil leak after they had changed my oil.I had to take it back in.The 'stopper' underneath hadn't been tightened and they needed to put in another 1 1/2 qts oil and replace the new oil filter.I also found out that they had never installed my wiper blades but did when I went back in. I wasn't contacted by them because there was out of date info in my file. I would suggest double checking contact info and work orders. Also when I came back in to fix something they had just done, I felt I should have been a priority and my car worked on next-not have to wait 'in line' on a Saturday.

You have incorrect records for my account. And you never correct them. That has happened for two years now.You don't spell my name correctly. It's Sidney not Cindy! You don't create clear expectations for your services. You told me it would be an hour. I waited three. You didn't give waiting time updates to create better expectations. You betrayed the expectation you set for streamlined quick services. I like the free tire rotation that comes with my new tires. Good value. I'd like to do that and get my oil changed in one place. You no longer remain a good option for that service. I like that you are close and easy to get to. I am severely frustrated with my experience in your business this week. I came home deeply discouraged with this experience. I wanted it to be so much better. And what you promised. I'm actively searching out better establishments to go to in the future.

Danny Dooley is your best PR! He is knowledgeable, patient and responsive. My husband and I are on our 4th or 5th set of Big O tires. We keep coming back because of service and customer-focus.

After getting a tire rotation a few weeks ago, my car began making this screeching noise while reversing: I waited 1 hr and they did not do anything to the car.

Dennis provided quote for Michelin tires and made the appointment. However, Dennis was off the day when I dropped the car off at 6:45am for an 8am appointment and completed the envelope work order as noted on the original appointment, I did not get an oil change as requested. I did get 4 tires, front end alignment and brakes checked. I picked the car up around 12:30pm and on 2 mile drive back to work noticed all four tires had different air pressure from 37 to 41 pounds of pressure. Took car back after work to let air our of tires. The tech assured me that 38 pounds of pressure was fine for the tires as I explained that I keep 32 pounds as noted on the door of my car. I also asked for 2 more valve stem covers to be put on the 2 tires that did not have them. I left again, ask my husband let air out of tires and again noticed 2 missing valve stem covers. Next returned again and actually got the missing valve stem covers for my new tires. I am disappointed that something as basic as proper air and valve stem covers took 3 trips and my husbands assistance. I have been a Big O customer for approximately 30 years.
