Big O Tires

I have no complaints on the price, and it was done in a speedy fashion.... probably too speedy!! The wheel weights were placed in the way of the hub cap clips, so they tried to force them on, breaking one clip On one cap, and a chunk out of another and a third they just let the hub cap hanging loose Manager got the wheel weights moved quickly

It took almost a week for us to finally get our car in and once it was in we were promised to have the rear brakes done for $160 but instead was over $200 and was also promised to have a brake line replaced for an extra $75 and it wasnt replaced (was not charged for it).

Great service & great timelines

Brought car in for rotation of tires( that were purchased at Big O) , and oil change. Low tire pressure warning light was on. Forgot to mention warning light until I was at cashier. Was told that light would reset, and if it did not to come back. Warning light still on. Returned on Wednesday with warning light still on. When tire pressure was checked, a couple were around 10 pounds low. The tires obviously weren't checked when rotated. This same thing happened the last time my tires were rotated. It took 2 trips when it should have been caught when rotated.

They went above and beyond finding me a replacement tire when I had a blowout on the way to work. Great job.

New brake pads installed. No call when job was finished. We had to call to see if it was ready. We called at 5:45 pm to check and were told car was ready (store closes at 6 pm). We picked up the car at about 6 pm. We noticed loud grinding noise when applying brakes on the way home. We returned the next day to report the noise. The car was checked and we were told "brake pad clip"� was making the noise. They adjusted the clip and resolved the issue. Our concern is that the car was not driven prior to releasing it to us, so no one was even aware a mistake was made. This is not acceptable!

Employees seem to interested in taking care of my needs. Thei professionalism was greatly appreciated and they were very responsive.

Thoroughly unimpressed. None of the salespeople seemed very interested in their jobs one bit. Had to fill out an application through snap and was just told to go to the computer in the corner. Got their and it was on windows. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get a salesperson to set the computer up for a 3 minute application. Upon completion had to wait another 10 minutes before any of the 3 salespeople acknowledged me even though none of them were currently helping a customer. All this just to drop my car off since I had an appointment with tires already picked out. Then was told by one salesman that my car would be ready in about an hour and as I was leaving was told that my tires weren't even there even though the website showed them in stock. So 6 hours later I go to pick my car up. Then get home to find black grease on my tan front seat. I am throughly pissed since I take very good care of my car. By this point I didnt even feel like fooling with the moronic staff. Luckily I used to work for a detail shop and will just take care of it myself. However if I was a real asshole I would demand a full detail paid for by Big O tires of Jeffersonville. You will most likely not ever get my business after this. I am definatley not a happy customer.

When balancing my wheels the tech put clip on weights facing out and didn't remove the old stick on weights... I took it back to have it corrected because I have nice looking rims and I know it was done poorly and without care. they removed the clip ons and old weights to re-balance, now the inside of my rims visibly has the old residue... this level of care has never been like this before.

The employees were nice an courteous an promt and let me know what was wrong withy car ahead of time very professional.

Dropped vehicle off requesting oil change & tire rotation ( purchased Michelin tires previous year) when returned tires had been balanced & rotated without authorization, charging me approximately $38. Had to wait for oil change to be completed. $45 was given $18 discount on oil change. But since I bought tires there rotation should have been free. so all in all I paid about $20 extra for oil change. You have lost a longtime customer.

The sales rep was very polite and had a kind smile. They were on top of things but didn't push services I didn't need. Pleasant experience and they even ran down the road to pick up the tires I needed to get me in and out the same day!

Ultimately, as someone who was a tirebuster growing up, I understand things are busy, sometimes things get backed up.......but when I am told by salesmen that my oil change (though a walkin) will take 40 minutes and it takes 2.5 hours you get a bit miffed. The fact that a replacement oil filter had to be ordered didnt come until I got my keys back.... I checked several times and it seemed that one tech was covering 3 bays while 4 sales people covered 3 desk. I received a coupon for a free oil change and will try again tomorrow.

You gentleman at the Big O tire store, have always provided excellent service. I usually deal with Dennis because he always has a great attitude and really wants to make sure that the customers are happy. I'll see you next visit... Clay "Beany"Smith

This is really not a fair evaluation. I have been a big o customer for years. I've never had a bad experience until this visit. I had a 4pm appt. I got there at 3:40, at 5:30 my name was still not called that my vehicle was ready. When I checked in at 3:30 the rep told me not sure how long it would take to do the headlight and they labor was 98 per hour. It could take 20 mins or an hour for just that. I said that was fine so I expected to wait. I saw my car sitting out front at 5:30 and told them I thought mine was ready but no one had called me. That was 2 hours of me waiting. At 5:45 they were able to check me out and told me did not have time to do the headlight. So, it took them more than 2 hours just for an oil change when I had an apt? I told him not acceptable that the only reason I came in was for the headlight. I did the oil change early since I was there. He said it could be up to an hour to do the headlight and they closed at 6 and could I bring car back next day. I could not. He said they would stay to do headlight but might not get out till 7. I told him that was fine. He had it changed in less than 15 mins. Which I appreciated. But, still makes no sense on why an oil change took more than 2 hours when I had an appt if they never did the headlight in that timeframe. Again, I have always been satisfied in the past, but seems with the new location, have gotten too busy to handle the customers. Maybe spread appts out further.

After spending $ 1100.00 on a new set tires for my truck on 2-22-19 your crew failed to tighten the lugnuts on the right rear tire .Amature mistake!!! Came back on 2-25-19 and spoke to Mgr., his answer was he would check the cameras to see who he needed to confront on his staff . This was far less than I expected from Big O Tires . Not very impressed with your staff , very very reluctant to return to this store in the future. Told the Mgr . Let's see what the owners have to say about this .
