Big O Tires

Although they are almost always busy they work very hard to get you out as quickly as possible. I have never felt like the employees were more worried about their breaks than getting me in and out as quickly as possible.

The staff that I was around was great except for the Manager, Dennis, he is really rude and arrogant, I think we will go elsewhere for our tire needs next time!

I have been a Big O customer for many years and I am always satisfied .

I am losing confidence in the quality of work that is done. Almost every time I bring my car in for even simple service I leave the lot realizing there's a new car problem that didn't exist before bringing it in. I have to immediately bring my car back confronting management about the new problem. . This takes more time, more frustration and causes me to question the quality of expertise at Big O. Management is very good about trying to correct the problem but I feel like I shouldn't have a new 'problem' when I drive away from having had my car 'fixed' at Big O. I am just about to stop using Big O. Thank you for my opportunity to speak to you about this.

Dennis told me it would be no problem to deck my tire pressure and sure enough I had a nail in my tire. Fixed it promptly. Thanks soooo much!

After being called to say my truck was ready, I was unable to get there to pick it up for another hour, after getting there I found that my truck was NOT done & had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished and the mechanic actually had to use my tools to get the job done. I was NOT happy with this situation.

I have done business w. your store for nearly ten years and you never disappoint; your staff is courteous, honest and your pricing is reasonable; Kudos to all your staff, even movie star JOSH.

WHEN I WENT IN FOR TIRE ROTATION AND OIL CHANGE,I TOLD THEM I KEPT HEARING A THUMPING SOUND , AT SLOW SPEEDS, IT SOUNDED TO ME LIKE IT HAD A KNOT ON ONE OF THE TIRES. AFTER A LONG WAIT THEY SAID THEY ROTATED AND BALANCED THE TIRES AND DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG THAT HE COULD JUST BARELY HEAR WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. WELL THAN DID YOU GET THE OIL CHANGED AND HE SAID HE FORGOT TO WRITE IT DOWN SO THAN AFTER ANOTHER WAIT I FINALLY LEFT.

I had a 10 am appointment to get my breaks checked because they were squeaky and I arrived at 9:53. It was nearly 1045 when they took my car back to look! They only checked the front. I had them replace them (this was at 11 am) because they said it would only take an hour. It was after 1 pm when my car was done. Over 3 hours. My breaks still squeak.

I am always delighted at the friendliness, concern, and professionalism. Big O understands that car issues are important and treat customers respectful of the cost of repairs. From offering a free ride to and from work, to free car and tire inspections, free air, free coffee, a nice air conditioned waiting room with television and magazines, and clean environment, it's a comfortable experience. They call frequently with specific and accurate updates, so you never have to pace around wondering and worrying. I highly recommend trying out the Big O experience.

Attendant was observant to notice a screw in my tire. After repairing it they did not check tire pressure, which is the reason I stopped in the first place.

Only thing would like to have been told total cost before service completed. Thanks

I have most of my car maintenance done at Big O Jeffersonville

I purchased a set of tires and had them put on my truck. I was happy with the price and how I was treated during the tire installation. I was told my truck was ready to go and as I was about back out of the parking lot I remembered to check for my lug nut key and when I did it was not in my little box I had it in. Instead it was lying inside my coat and with it was the four lug nuts also! I was then told that they were hard to get off and i shouldnt put them back on. So , this person told me to just go on about my driving with each tire missing a lug nut. He also told me that people come in there all the time missing a lug nut. I was beyond shocked and upset at that point and realized that they didnt care too much about my safety. This was at the Jeffersonville indiana store and maybe they forgot to let me know but when confronted I was treated like I was a fool when I told them to put those lug nuts back on. By the way i put them back on myself right there in the parking lot while the employee is telling me to not put them back on because i wont be able to get them off. The workers used an air gun to take off the special lugs with the security key and they stripped my key!! I never would have thought to look at my lug nuts but with that security lug nut key missing Im glad i did or i would have been sent down the road on a 400 mile trip with missing lug nuts on each tire.

I had a slow leak in my tire. They found it and replaced the tire. Very friendly and efficient.

I've been coming to big o for some time and I must say it's not going well. We have a huge problem about 6months a go with a brake job completed at the store after coming back several time issue not fix had to take it somewhere else to fix it. Most recently had a simple Oil and tire rotation. Told it would be an hour in and out 3 hrs later we finally left. Only to find that our key fob was now not working. Was working just fine we we got there only to be told it happens replace the battery it would be fine.

Only sold me what I needed. Provided great service!
