I have always been a big fan of BigO and they have generally gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I have really enjoyed the Jeffersonville location and have gone to them for years, even after I moved to New Albany. However, my wife has asked that I not use BigO anymore because of an unfortunate circumstance and there is still a sense of distrust. We're trying out other shops and we'll see if we end up back at BigO or stay with the new place.

I have felt that I was really not wanted as a customer. I waited in line to be acknowledged by the staff at the counter and the one woman that works there came from another area and acknowledged me. I am not sure what I had done but I did not feel that they really wanted my business.

I've been a customer for several years to get brake pads, have rotors turned, etc. Never had any concerns about being taken advantage of (as a female). I've only been to this new location for service twice (only recognize one person now)- most recently for a different type of repair (motor mounts). One week following installation (on my 3rd visit), I returned to find out why the noise/vibration got louder? It was too late in the day to get my car up on a rack & after the mechanic test drove my car he gave me a different diagnosis- all 4 wheels bent?? He suggested a repair/new parts (4 new wheels?). I was skeptical that this was the solution or even related to the noise I was hearing & didn't want to spend any more money/time on another appt. that week. I found out noise occurs when new motor mounts are installed in the exact same position as the old ones- can be fixed with an adjustment!

Service writer was very helpful. Aligned the front end. Truck drives great! Steering wheel is out of alignment. Going to have to find an O Tire store in INDIANA to get it straightened. Also lost a hubcap after service.

Service appt was for 5, car didn't get put in till after 5:30. I'm assuming everything checked out fine with the service, they didn't say anything about it when I got my car back. I didn't receive a new oil change sticker either to show when I'm due for my next service.

I had to wait for 2 & 1/2 hours for new tires and a alignment. salesman wasn't cooperative.

I went in for an oil change and for my turn signal bulbs to get replaced I was told that they were being replaced I got the old changed in the turn signals did not work as I was leaving the parking lot. I asked why the bulbs that were replaced the turn signals didn't work and I was told it must be some other problem . My question is why did they not check to make sure that they worked before I left the building? I assume because it was coming up on 6 PM and they wanted to get out so they did not want to deal with it . If the problem had been something else how come it was never addressed while I was in the store or before I left the building ? I was at the store for 3 1/2 hours. Which the wait wouldn't have been so bad if they had at least told me anything about the turning signal is not working before I left . Very disappointed

I visited BIG O on Tuesday morning around 8:45 am, to drop my vehicle off for balance and rotate along with an oil and filter change. At 10:32 am they completed my service. I want to thank BIG O for the speedy service. In addition, the employees were very curtious and friendly. I recommend BIG O to all ny friends Tommy Uu

I called ahead to see if I could get in with out a wait . I was assured I could . I waited 20 minutes before I reminded them that I was assured a short wait for an oil change . The manager did get my car in right after . The oil change itself took about 25 minutes ; not too bad . My car then sat in the lot for 15 minutes before I notified the manager it had been sitting there . He then informed me that my paperwork was " in the pile " on the back counter . Then miraculously he checked me out . One hour and twenty five minutes later for an oil change . I believe if I had I not been proactive about things I would have been there two hours . The staff seemed very disorganized . Not likely to comeback
