Big O Tires

Attendant was observant to notice a screw in my tire. After repairing it they did not check tire pressure, which is the reason I stopped in the first place.

Was great

6th time was the charm on alignment. Keith was great, didn't understand why the service department couldn't align car correctly and get steering wheel straight on 2011 Ford Taurus. Only after Keith took my vehicle 3 times and worked with Service directly to get the job done.

I'm not anal, but I need to bring back, the car is pulling somewhat to the right, nothing drastic, but I notice it

Excellent service

Brought my car in with a prearranged appointment for coolant flush, installation of new thermostat and routine tire rotation. I was told it would take 2.5 hours. My appointment was at 11 am. My car was not finished until after 5:30. I was given udates and told it was taking longer than expected to clear air bubbles from the system. After all that time, I still have no heat I my car. I appreciate that they did not charge for the coolant flush but just for the thermostat and installation. I am greatly disappointed that I don't have heat and I spent the whole day waiting for my car.

The sales rep was very polite and had a kind smile. They were on top of things but didn't push services I didn't need. Pleasant experience and they even ran down the road to pick up the tires I needed to get me in and out the same day!

From multiple experiences, I don't think multi-point inspections were always truly done, just whatever service I indicated, especially when I arrived within hours closing. I've had problems be overlooked. The pricing is competitive, and it might have to do with the workers and their wages. They've gotten the job done, but they didn't go above and beyond, and there may have been issues with their work...

I asked them not to try up-selling me. They didn't. Good help, knowledgable and quickly completed.

2 of our hubcaps fell off after having tires rotated

I have received Excellent service and fair pricing from the Jeffersonville Big -O store. I Generally work with Danny,but the other Staff that I have had experience with have always been as knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. I have no fears about sending my family to this store for service

They worked on my car which was overheating, but were unable to do anything about and finally sent me to another nearby service station which changed the water pump.

Everything was very nice and services were performed quickly.

Had to wait for an hour for an oil change, would benefit for an express lane just for a oil change. My next oil change will be at a jiffy lube, or somewhere, where it only takes 15 minutes.

Fast, efficient service

Only issue was the quote was $500 more than originally quoted and the inconvenience of going without my car for five days. However the part had to be ordered. I realize that takes time. Hopefully this resolves any further major issues because a $1300 repair has me starting 2018 broke.

I have dealt with Danny (on site) and Dennis (phone/schedule)....on multiple occasions..each one reinforced my decisions to do business with you. Please thank them as well

Very confused on this visit and it has caused some mistrust. We were told on the 2005 Yukon that we needed front rotors replaced (some vibration I front end) and would also have to replaced the pads. We were quoted a price of $250 range. I made an appointment - made arrangements to leave the truck since this was supposed to take longer. Also wanted oil changed and tires rotated in visit. Within minutes I was called that my truck was ready. When I questioned the Big O representative - "Everything is done?" Brakes included? I was told they didn't know about the brakes - just oil change and tires rotated. They would check and call me back. On next call I was told that the "rear" brakes - rotors and pads needed to be done. So when I questioned the representative he then changed to "Well all of them need to be replaced" and of course the cost was $550. I picked up the truck with nothing done on breaks. I'll get another opinion.
