As usual, they were ready for my appointment when I arrived. I also love how they always know my vehicle's maintenance history too.

I dropped my car off before they opened. Their service is always great. They do not lie to me about what is needed. I thought I needed new brake pads on the front. They informed me I was good until another 8,000 miles. They also performed an oil change. The people at this Big O Tires is why I continue to come back.

An unfortunate flat tire a few weeks ago resulted in replacing three tires which were nearing the end of their tread life (each were purchases at Big O).The service staff were very friendly and courteous.They Revise several tire options that we could choice from to meet our needs.While replacing the tires, Big O notified us of additional repairs that we needed at very reasonable price.My family has used the Jefeersonville Big O for over 25 years and have always experienced excellent service and very reliable products.

Good,honest people doing good work...only bad thing was having to put more money into my 11 year old Ranger...but it sure needed the repairs...

Complaints #1 I was not happy about the length of time it took for the service. I was told 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. If I was told 2 hours I would have postponed my visit. I was late getting where I needed to because of it taking so long. #2 when I got in my car the seat was pushed all the way back and leaning way back. There is no reason the seat needs to be adjusted to move the car 30 feet. If the person can't fit then someone else should move it. I have back issues and have to have the seat in a specific position. It will probably take me a week to get is repositioned where I need it.

Low pressure light came back on and another store found a nail in the tire and fixed the tire

I had some major mechanical issues arise at the same time and Danny really took care of me and my car

Fixed the WRONG tire last week, had to drive another 50 miles to get it "fixed" again. Got so frustrated because the manager kept telling me it was the right tire. Showed me the receipt, well, OBVIOUSLY, it was the wrong tire. I drove away with the darn light still on. Was told it would re-sinc, ended up just buying a new tire because shop guy was incompetent, but the manager tried to fix the problem. UGH

Every one was extremely kind and courteous and treated me with respect.

Being the 2nd person to walk in the door at opening on a Monday to repair a leaking tire that had a screw in it had taken way to long to repair. I didnt expect that at all. Well over an hour and appear to have plenty of help. Other than that it was a good visit, great staff.

The last several times I have been in there I have been quoted an hour to get in and out and waited almost 2 hours both times. I would rather be quoted more time and get out early the wait over. I had somewhere to be and it had been an hour and 20 mins and my car hadn't even been taken back. I was not very happy and all they could say is I'm sure you will be done soon.

I came in for my rotate and balance as usual and the service was done quickly and correctly. They explained that I was just about due for new tires and explained the options and told me to be sure and call ahead when ready to replace so that they would have my size in stock and ready to install.
