Came in for a leak in a tire fixed, gave me quotes on 3 different brands of new tire. Had me in and out fast and price was cheap for the fix done.

This is the second time they have fixed a flat tire for me. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. The only thing I wish they had done is figure out how to get my jack back where it went because now It is rolling around in the back of my trunk area. Always great service!

Staff was friendly, my only concern was I was automatically billed for roadside service on 4 tires amounting over $90 which I was not asked if I wanted this added and foolishly I did not review my bill before leaving the store.

I feel like I had to wait a longer time for a tire rotation - I understand lights might've taken a bit longer to install, but people came in after me and were gone before I was. Overall though, staff was friendly, couterious, and I enjoy coming to big o' in jeff! :)

Bill and Josh, Last Friday I brought my Tundra in for an oil change and tire rotation, as I have done each June for the past several years in preparation for our summer vacation road trip. You guys always do a great job. The next morning I was washing the truck and something jumped out at me. I have never noticed how heavily rusted the lug nuts are? It hasn't been very long since I last washed the truck, and I'm quite certain there was little or no rust on them, at all. I'm not a perfectionist or a "car junkie" by any means, the amount of rust was just so obvious and unsightly. I have seen over the years on other vehicles where mechanics will remove a wheel cover, then place the lug nuts in the wheel cover while they remove the wheel from the vehicle. Given there are no wheel covers to be removed on my Tundra, is it possible your technician put the wrong set of lug nut covers back onto my vehicle? I have always been pleased with your services, and I know mistakes happen. If this is one of those cases, I would like to get the nicer set of lug nuts back please. I do not have photos of the wheels before I brought the vehicle in last Friday. It never occurred to me. Please let me know what you think is a fair resolution? If you are 100% certain there was no mixup, then so be it. Thanks for your time. Dave Smith - Jeffersonville
