Big O Tires

Great store, unfortunately it is terribly slow. Was quoted 45 minutes for a flat tire repair and was there two hours. This isn't the first time I have been here and it has been unusually slow. Additionally there were three people at the counter and I was the only customer waiting to be served. No one greeted me or even gave a simple we will be with you in a moment. The employees were discussing something but I don't feel a simple welcome to big o's we will be with you in a moment is over expecting. I don't mean to pick but my past few visits here make me want to to take my business elsewhere. I don't mind a repair to take time but I plan my day based off what I am told by the rep. If you are too busy to get to my repair for a few hours just tell me so and I will make a decision from there. I ended having to carry out a conference call in the shop lobby because I was still there after more than double the time i was told it would take to complete the repair.

Denny is the nicest! Got me in and out in about 45 minutes. Great service!

Got 4 new tires for my explorer and I was in and out of there in no time. I have been going there for years and that is one of the reasons why I will continue to do so.

They always do a fantastic job and are always friendly. The only down side is that the wait is usually long.

Have been a customer since 2015 at jeffersonville location and have been very satisfied and will continue having work done on my vehicles at your location. I stopped at big old tire in clarksville and will never go back customer service is poor

Keith was extremely pleasant to work with. Tahoe was not fixed the first try but they kept it overnight and got it fixed. Have had tires, brakes and basic services done on multiple vehicles and they always do a good job and fair on prices.

Its more than tires and oil change, its about all your vehicle service needs. very knowledgable and skilled.

I have been buying tires and services from Big O for over 25 yrs. so obviously I am happy with this business. I like being able to pop in w/o an appointment to see if they can perform a tire rotation and normally they can accommodate my request. My only complaint is probably unique to me and other car owners whose vehicles have a computer tracking system to monitor tire pressure. They never remember to reset the system after the rotation and I don't always think to remind them. It's very aggravating when I get a low pressure notice and it's not for the correct tire. A minor issue to be sure but the devil is in the details and that's why I was unable to give them a 5-star rating.

I called and talked with Keith. He was pleasant and extremely helpful. I'll definitely return again!

I Thought that the Service rep did a great job and was very professional as well as friendly. If this is the kind of service that you provide for every customer then I'm one of your top supporters. I love a place that does not throw doubt on the customers hypothesis or make out like you don't know anything, while still being knowledgeable about the subject matter. As that has been an experience of mine at a different place and time. Thanks so much

I needed,ac work and not only was it a quick diagnosis the service worker gave additional advice.

All was great except I had to return to have the "Maintenance Required"� notice turned off.

I had 2 tires with nails-both were fixed within 40". Great to be on my way quickly.

Dealt with Dennis - Always professional. Service took awhile but you were very busy.

I was very satisfied with the service, and they actually threw in a free rotation for me which impressed me!

I scheduled an appointment to replace the rear brakes on my car and the work was done quickly and competently. They estimated that it would take about an hour and they completed the job in an hour and a half. They go the extra mile to make sure you get quality service and I was impressed to see one of the men in the office accompany me to my vehicle with a spray bottle of cleaner and a paper towel to make sure no dirty smudges had been left behind in my car. I have been a very satisfied Big O customer for over 25 years and will continue to be as long as they continue to provide the high level of service to which I have become accustomed.
