Big O Tires

All services were rendered correctly but the speed of the service was on the slow side on this occasion. The visit was a Saturday morning which affected the speed which I understand but I was the only customer in the building for 5-10 minutes at one time. I will return to this location again but I hope faster services can be rendered.

Nice experience never mind going to Big O.

We were very happy with the brake job that was completed on our 07 escape. What we are upset about is the fact less than one week later you offer 20% off. That would have saved us over $100. I think Big O should call us and make it right. 502-310-2182

The service that the do is great. Only draw back I have is the wait time. Other then that great job.

I have had 4 vehicles serviced for all types of problems that have nothing to do with tires that were expertly solved at this particular Big O with Josh and Dennis in Jeffersonville Indiana. I have also had all types of tires purchased, warranted and serviced. There is no better place to get tires with their wonderful warranties. You get what you pay for in everyday life hopefully; but here, you get way more purchasing power than above and beyond. On the the large side of huge so to speak. Thank you Josh, Dennis and the rest of the crew for helping and being so kind and supportive to someone who has taken care of a parent and a child, and who didn't have the time, money or energy to spend on an establishment that was "average or lower"�. You are the BEST Thank you

I came in toward the end of the day and wasn't sure my work could be done. But it was done before closing. Everyone was nice and took time to answer my questions.

Great customer service

The mechanic, whose name in unaware of, ran the front bumper of my car onto the curb when parking it after completion.

I feel always great customer service my only issue is I wanted to make an appointment so I would have to wait so long and was told I could just drop in and am rotation wouldn't take long. Overall I waited about 3 hours. I do feel they were extremely busy due to holiday being closed just wish I could have made an appointment. But the staff is still always friendly.

They were busy at the Jeffersonville location and it showed with a little attitude which is expected so wasn't a big deal. Overall I'll continue to bring my car here because I don't have to worry about a cheesy salesmen telling me some BS. I know what I pay for will get done. Professional and courteous.

I called late on a Monday, having just gotten a flat tire while I was in town for business. Unfortunately, I needed to get back home that night in order to get to work the next day ... 2 hours away. I was not optimistic about getting in anywhere at that time of night. I tried 2 VW dealerships and another tire store and no one could help me. Big O could! I was so appreciative of the knowledgeable, efficient, and kind service I received from Keith, both on the phone and once I arrived at the store. I was back on the road a short time later. I work in an office where customer service is top notch, so I notice when it is provided, and when it is not. My experience with Big O was excellent and I will definitely return (especially since I have a special power that involves hitting every road hazard and pothole known to man). Thank you, especially to Keith! I also appreciated the follow-up the next day from one of the owners, Josh, who wanted to make sure my experience was a good one.

I love the service we receive at Big O in Jeffersonville

I received new tires and the service was great. There were several rebates and they had copies of my receipts printed for each one so I could send them in.

I had to replace my car battery. Went during lunch and it only took about 35 minutes. Quick, easy.
