I have used this Big O for several years, thus they know me well enough that they address me by my first name when I entered the store. They need not offer me amenities for I already know what they have. These folks are always friendly.

Friendly and effective team

The technician that handled my experience was very knowledgeable and helpful. The turnaround time was great for me to get a new set of tires on my Suzuki. We have seven kids and this is our daily driver and it was very important that we were able to get fit in the schedule quickly and have our car back quickly. We will definitely be bringing all our vehicles here for services

Only one little problem... dirty hand prints on driver's door. First time for that at big o. Probably a new employee. Other than that my visit was great as always.

Oil Change plus service: I received very commendable service. The customer service and customer service area were all pleasant experiences. Additional charge for a hybrid powertrain could be debated.

Everything was great but the windows being left open which caused my car to get soaking wet it is still drying five days later I should've reported at the time but had to be somewhere

Very pleased with service I will continue to bring my veacales to have servised. Only drawback to my service today is I had to wait a while to get waited on

It was extremely fast service but I was getting some trailer tires put on my rims and the price was ok for what they did. The only thing I don't know if they balanced my tires I guess I will figure out this weekend when I take my boat out

No one likes to pay for car repairs. However if I have to, I'll always take my car to Big O first to see if they can handle the repair.

I have been going to the BigO tire store for at least 15 years and even though they have move their location the service and quantity have not changed. If I could give 10 stars I would.
