Your recent service of my Plymouth Voyager was slow in terms of promptness but otherwise quite acceptable.

Had a rough time with vibration in front end of my Ranger, But finally Dennis & Danny got the problem solved. I have been a customer of Dennis's since 1980.. He has always taken good care of my cars, Also my Ranger has 280,,000 miles on it. Big -o service from day one.

When I checked in and stated what services I needed, I asked if my left headlight lens could be cleaned, because it is cloudy. I was told that Big O did not have the solution made to clean it, but that they would try. When I picked up my car I could tell that nothing had been done so I asked about it and again was told that Big O did not do that. That is fine, but the first gentlemen should not have said they would try.

I use Big O Tires because of the level of service I receive. The person I usually deal with is Dennis. He is truly a great representative of a Big O Tire.

I went for my oil change, rotation etc. Had to return a couple days later because of a bad balance but all was fixed & I was back on the road.

Friendly guys working the front. I went in for an oil change, I'm supposed to have 5W20 they put in 5W30. I'm not sure if it is better for my car in the heat. I did not feel pressured to buy everything or service they offer(like their competition).

The store hours and drop off option was super convenient. The team there did a thorough diagnosis had great recommendations and fixed the issue right. I will trust this team with all my repairs in the future.

Only thing that kept it from being excellent service is that they forgot to call me that they were done with my vehicle. They were very busy that day.
