Big O Tires

After service visits, I often wipe oil/dirt off the steering wheel, door panel, gear shift/console and display screens and sometimes the floor and seat. Wearing gloves or using paper floor mats/seat covers may increase the cost of service but I wouldn't object to prevent this from happening.

I called late on a Monday, having just gotten a flat tire while I was in town for business. Unfortunately, I needed to get back home that night in order to get to work the next day ... 2 hours away. I was not optimistic about getting in anywhere at that time of night. I tried 2 VW dealerships and another tire store and no one could help me. Big O could! I was so appreciative of the knowledgeable, efficient, and kind service I received from Keith, both on the phone and once I arrived at the store. I was back on the road a short time later. I work in an office where customer service is top notch, so I notice when it is provided, and when it is not. My experience with Big O was excellent and I will definitely return (especially since I have a special power that involves hitting every road hazard and pothole known to man). Thank you, especially to Keith! I also appreciated the follow-up the next day from one of the owners, Josh, who wanted to make sure my experience was a good one.

I believe the gentleman's name is Danny, but I'm really not certain. I was driving for SC and had my first flat tire. I was taken to this tire place and explained my situation and "�Danny' was extremely helpful, kind and explained everything I asked. Not only did Danny help, but the entire team that day changed both front tires and got be back on the road in an hour! I was extremely happy with the service given! Merry Christmas!

I love the service we receive at Big O in Jeffersonville

I started using Big O a few years back & I am usually very happy with them.

I had to replace my car battery. Went during lunch and it only took about 35 minutes. Quick, easy.

Went in for low tire. Needed a new one, but was not pressured to buy more than i needed. Only problem was i did not receive a call when it was done.

I appreciate you still doing an oil change for me even though I was a little past the cut-off time due to traffic on Hwy. 62.

A great team you can trust, I recomend their car services to anyone.

Employees are professional and courteous. I intend to continue being a customer. I realize sometimes it's beyond their control but the last two times I've been in I have made an appointment in advance and still waited right along with the rest of the bunch for over an hour. Would be nice to know upon arrival if they are running that far behind so I could reschedule or maybe people with appointments should get priority?

I received excellent service. I did not know what kind of tires I needed. Rachel Parikh was very helpful and knowledgeable in the auto industry. I'm very happy with my purchase. The free wheel alignment informed me I need to come back for alignment. I will come back in one month to take care of it. Once again, Thank-you!
