I’ve worked with Ryan for several years. He is always super friendly and helpful. He’s always upfront and honest with what I need done. All the salespeople have been pleasant to work with over the years.

Josh, was very friendly, explained everything well and was able to track down the tires I needed in only a day. Didn’t try to hassle me into buying extra services I didn’t need like other places in the past.

I worked with Josh to schedule an appointment for new tires. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My appointment time fit perfectly into my schedule. When I dropped off my vehicle that morning, the whole team was attentive and courteous. They contacted me with concerns and had them fixed in no time. I'm very pleased with my experience with the Plainfield team. I will continue to use them in the future and refer my family/friends.

I was at the Plainfield location and Ryan was very helpful,I had a tire rotation and balance from the time I walked in to the time I left was maybe 45 minutes. I am very happy with the service I received

I had a nail in my tire that we had attempted to patch. The patch was not holding at all. Everyone was beyond friendly, Lance especially was so kind. I trust all of them to have mine & my vehicles best interest at heart. They completed the service quickly, patched my tire for me, and kept in contact with me.

I have been going to Big O for years because of the guys at the Plainfield, Indiana location. They are on a very short list of business associations that I trust. When it comes to car maintenance I don't shop around. I know I will get good service and a fair price at the Plainfield Big O.
