Big O Tires

I have been a BigO customer since it opened in Mooresville Indiana. When I moved to Plainfield I went to that store. I cannot say enough about the guys at the Plainfield store. They are polite, and courteous, just a nice group of young men.

The employees were very helpful and nice good service time dropping off and picking up my vehicle discount much appreciated

Been coming to the Plainfield Big O' Tires for years and years and receiving great friendly customer service!

The salesman I dealt with was Lance Mauck. I had called for a quote prior to driving to Big O. I was asking several questions and comparing prices over the phone with some other quotes I had gotten. Lance never made me feel hurried, nor did he feel irritated by the number of questions I asked. Once it, Big O, I asked for him specifically, told him I thought I might need front brakes, as well as an alignment. He had them first check my brakes and let me know that I did not need any at this time. After they completed putting my new tires on he also let me know that I do not need an alignment. I’ve always been impressed with Big O‘s courtesy and professionalism as well as prices, but I’m now a lifelong customer. I am a single 66-year-old woman that could’ve easily been ripped off and charged for brakes and alignment that I did not need. It seems difficult to find integrity and honesty anymore but I can say that I always find both those qualities at the Plainfield Indiana Big O store. I commend Lance and the whole staff!!

Came in late to get a headlight bulb replaced and was going to leave the car overnight, they took care of me within a few minutes and was on my way. Always awsome service here.

I have been using this Big O tires location for 24 years. I have always been pleased with the service and the customer service. I trust that they are not just trying to get me to spend more money. And I love that. I want to know what I need to do but not feel pressured into services. I will continue to use this store until they change that methodology.

As always the Plainfield Big O store employees were courteous and knowledgeable. The service was performed in a timely fashion with each step explained to me.

Wheels were ordered ahead of visit. Received new wheels and tires as advertised. All service was completed. Car drives much better, and I sent my son with the car for the service so I didn’t have to hang around and wait on it!

Nice and friendly staff. Explained tire purchase in detail. I personally like having an “out the door” price. No hidden fees. Upon the vehicle inspection, staff found items that need to be addressed soon, and provided that information to me.

Bobby is always friendly and gets me in and out quickly. Tires were rotated and oil changed in 1 1/2 hours. Well worth the wait!
