great honest job

I had taken my vehicle to Big O for them to give me an estimate on repairs for my vehicle. The technician checked my vehicle and discovered the head gasket loose and oil all over my engine. I informed Daniel the technician that I had my vehicle at a dealership for a recall the week before. Daniel provided an estimate on the repairs for my vehicle and well as cleaning my engine. Daniel worked on my vehicle for three days to get everything completed. Some of the problems were the couldn't find the right parts for my 2011 Kia. Daniel and the other associates were so helpful and answered all my questions. Needless to say, Big O is my place to go for car repairs. Thank you to Daniel and the other associates.

I have always felt like the employees of Big O would not try and sell me anything for my vehicle that was not needed or asked for. They have always taken great care of me.

I came in for a routine oil change and also had my wipers replaced. After I left there I heard a little rattle and checked my lug nuts and one seemed loose so I went back and talked to Cody and he said it was just the cap around the nut that had come loose. I had an extra one since I had the locking nuts on there so Cody had one of his guys replace it for me. Later on that day I kept hearing the same noise again but you guys had already closed. I called the next day and asked about it and was told to bring it on up and you guys would check it out. It ended up being a loose bolt on the sway bar link. Adam informed me that he went ahead and tightened it up after he found it and Cody said there wouldn't be a charge. The problem didn't happen because of you guys but you had no problem helping me out and fixing the issue. I've been a long time customer here and this just helps prove why I keep coming back. The customer service by Adam and Cody was above and beyond this weekend and I really appreciate it! Thank you!

I once needed a minor tire repair and you guys did it for free! You only asked I remember you when I needed tires. I came back for a purchase. The price was competitive and service great. I decided to try an oil change and am pleased. I'll be bringing all my vehicles to Big-O-Tires. Great job guys!
