Just overall very nice customer service

Went in to have our snow tires changed over to our summer tires. To our surprise, we discovered that they had thrown out our previous tires. We have been told by Corwin Ford a month prior that we had roughly 2 years of wear left on the tires. This extra expense was definitely not in our plans nor our budget, but we had no choice. They offered a $50 discount on the tires, which hardly makes up for losing 2 years worth of driving on our previous tires. Very disappointed.

Every time I go there they are friendly and explain any questions I would have.

To walk in the door and be greeted with a hello and Good morning what I can I do for you today. We were first ones there and love this store. They know what they are doing and get right to work. Friendly atmosphere and you can feel the positive energy when you walk in the door.

I am came in to have 2 new front tires installed, they did a crappy ballance job, and the very next day everytime i hit the brakes the worst creaking sound comes from front end now. I just rebuilt this truck. Completely. All it needed was tires, now i will go back and have them do the ballance job and let them tell me what them messed up hoping ill have them do that when i bring it back for the ballance job. What a bunch of con artists i knew when they didnt tell me i needed an alignment they expected me back ( isnt it policy to offer a free alignment check ) hmmmm. Bad buisness.

Molly Dutter had quoted me 5 different tires and explained details on all the tires and everyone in the store was very nice.

After someone got me checked in I sat there for 2 hours and no one spoke to me. I wanted my brakes looked at because they were making a lot of noise. Finally after watching my vehicle sit there for 2 hours I asked for my keys and left. Now I'm sitting at Jiffy Lube where I got right in and happily spending my money.

EXCELLANT SERVICE

LOVED that they had space right then for us (even if it meant we waited longer than we would have liked). They were calm and kind, it was overall fairly clean for a mechanics shop, and everyone was friendly and happy. It felt comfortable there. Your price was higher than anyone else we called…but having availability won and after our experience we will definitely be back. (Wish I could have found some coupons or something to get it a little cheaper, but loved being here and will be back!)

I have used this location many times. I have 6 vehicles and always need tires and have questions. The customer experience always leaves me feeling valued and empowered and with the information needed to make an educated purchase.
