I had a bolt in tire and going flat. they checked and plugged tire in 30 minutes. I was concerned they were going to try and talk me into a new tire. Very honest folks.

Called for availability, came right down, got right in, got right out!

They are very careful with the the install and new what they were doing.

My car was taken right in at my oil change appointment at 3:00 p.m. However, it took and hour and 15 minutes to get my service complete. I understand the shop may have become understaffed while I was there. This will not affect my return in the future. Workers were very courteous.

Nampa Big O store is our #1 place for all our vehicle needs. And will only use this location for anything we need.

I work near the store. I can take my car in for service in the morning and walk back to work. I get updates as needed throughout the day and the work is always done before time to go home. It is convenient and the prices are reasonable.

Thanks for always being there for me guys. Every one is so very friendly and personable. You always address my concerns ~ whether real or not. I wondered if I had an oil leak. Checked out the car thoroughly for me and I did not; but recommended I replace my radiator cap. Did so and was on my way again. How many other places would do that around here? Thanks again!
