Big O Tires

I had a bolt in tire and going flat. they checked and plugged tire in 30 minutes. I was concerned they were going to try and talk me into a new tire. Very honest folks.

Called for availability, came right down, got right in, got right out!

They are very careful with the the install and new what they were doing.

They called and quoted me with everything and was very understanding and not pushy on the things that’s I couldn’t afford or didn’t want done today

My car was taken right in at my oil change appointment at 3:00 p.m. However, it took and hour and 15 minutes to get my service complete. I understand the shop may have become understaffed while I was there. This will not affect my return in the future. Workers were very courteous.

I needed brake work done on short notice; called in the evening, work started the next morning on store opening and was completed quickly while I waited. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the cause and fix. Really, I can't imagine my visit going smoother. Oh yeah, the Keurig coffee is great too!

Great experience! Haven't been this welcomed in another local tire comparator in years, so refreshing to feel that at this location. They've earned my future business.

Checked out the car thoroughly for me and I did not; but recommended I replace my radiator cap. Did so and was on my way again. How many other places would do that around here? Thanks again! I made an appointment online this morning for 11 am. Was checked in promptly. I was told that it would be an hour or so. It was done in less than 45 min and they were also able to get my wife's tire rotation done quickly. Associate's were very professional and friendly.

They always have time to get me in the same day and complete the job. I've never heard excuses! Just we can do it and they do! I have a favorite mechanic shop but they are 3 months behind! No one has time for that. So I just go to Big O now!

I have been to a number of different places to have work done on my car, but I do not think I have been treated with the same respect as I was at Big O Tires. It was very easy to check in, my car was serviced in a timely manner, and I was given an honest assessment of my car.
