Since I have been your customer for years I have no hesitation coming to what is now your store ~ Big O. Years ago I had major issues with the old Big O. Their lack of service was horrible so I never went back to them. This was in the 1980s. But now that they are under "new" management ~ you guys & crew ~ I will always use your services. Why change a good thing? Big O had done themselves well. They should be very pleased to have all of you. They will not be disappointed. I tell everyone who might need auto help to go to see you guys and they will be helped beyond their expectations. Good luck on your new ventures with the expansion of your business. Went to big get my tire repaired from a nail and thing were done and taken care of in a good time frame. Sam was very friendly and explained everything very clearly to where I wasn’t lost. He also recommended some improvements with my tires because of wear on them, glad to be informed because I would not have known. Happy with my experience.

I have always received great service at this Big-O store in Nampa. The work was done right and at a price I felt was fair.

Everyone was friendly and detail-oriented, making sure I had the right product and that I knew how much the pricing would be. I talked to four different people during the process (David, Robert, Micah, and Molly) and they were all great to work with.

I brought my truck in a couple weeks prior to have a nail removed from a tire, and have the tires rotated. Although I had never been to this location before, they did not charge me a single penny, and just said to come back when I needed anything. That simple and amazing service earned my business this past weekend when we put a full set of new tires on my wife’s car. Every employee was outgoing, super friendly and helpful. That’s a rare combo in the auto service world these days. These guys have definitely earned my future business!

Chris, Micah, Willie are very customer oriented. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the service I get from Big O. I'm so glad you decided to reopen the store. Only place I will go for any care service. I am getting to know all your service people and even though I don't know them all by name eventually I will because they all treat me like family.

Not only was I not greeted at my car, but when I walked into the store, three guys standing there talking, bs'ing, looked at me and continued talking for 5 minutes or so. That was really annoying. Could have acknowledged me and told me they would be with me or something. The guy that was with a customer finally acknowledged me when he was done and helped me. I should have left, but I ended up buying 4 tires out of convenience. There are so many tire stores I could go anywhere.
