Since I have been your customer for years I have no hesitation coming to what is now your store ~ Big O. Years ago I had major issues with the old Big O. Their lack of service was horrible so I never went back to them. This was in the 1980s. But now that they are under "new" management ~ you guys & crew ~ I will always use your services. Why change a good thing? Big O had done themselves well. They should be very pleased to have all of you. They will not be disappointed. I tell everyone who might need auto help to go to see you guys and they will be helped beyond their expectations. Good luck on your new ventures with the expansion of your business. I was there just the other day getting an oil change, front end alignment check and new a/c/heater motor installed. It was amazing to see all the people getting their cars worked on. Because I can take my tires that I bought online and have to go tires put them on save me a lot of money

The staff at the Caldwell Blvd Store has been top shelf every time I've been in the store, from tire sales and brake service to tire repair!

Chris, Micah, Willie are very customer oriented. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the service I get from Big O. I'm so glad you decided to reopen the store. Only place I will go for any care service. I am getting to know all your service people and even though I don't know them all by name eventually I will because they all treat me like family.

I had a screw in my tire and from the time in until I was on my way was about 15 minutes. Staff was great, kind and friendly. Big O will definitely be getting my business! And I was not charged! Thanks Big O!

Nice people in a convenient location. Clean store and felt welcomed there. Like the fact that I can schedule appointments.

Not only was I not greeted at my car, but when I walked into the store, three guys standing there talking, bs'ing, looked at me and continued talking for 5 minutes or so. That was really annoying. Could have acknowledged me and told me they would be with me or something. The guy that was with a customer finally acknowledged me when he was done and helped me. I should have left, but I ended up buying 4 tires out of convenience. There are so many tire stores I could go anywhere.

The wait time was fast and the waiting room is very clean.coffe and popcorn was very good having WiFi was helpful the two times I have been there,the first time was buying new tires and was very pleasant and the second time was getting the tires rotated was fast had me on the road before I knew it
