I have used this location many times. I have 6 vehicles and always need tires and have questions. The customer experience always leaves me feeling valued and empowered and with the information needed to make an educated purchase.

You've heard horror stories about mechanic shops before but this shop is amazingly honest, truthful and sincere! They always had my best interest at heart and weren't just out to take my money. They could have because I'm not the mechanical type but they didn't take advantage of that, they even offered several other solutions to my problem that didn't benefit them! If you want genuine honest service, please do not hesitate to use this shop. I was having issues with my tire losing air. Went to Les Schwab and was told I needed another tire that cost $112. Went to order a tire from Big O and was told I was losing air from the valve stem and didn’t need a new tire. Wasn’t charged for the repair even when I asked. Your Nampa branch went above and beyond during the holidays and I will be back!!’n

Chris was extremely helpful information and options for our car repairs. Big O did an excellent job replacing my air conditioning system. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I was visiting from Nevada... the side wall of my right rear tire developed a bulge. My tire was covered under warranty. Because they didn't have the tires that matched my car, I was given a good used tire so I could get home and visit my local Big O. Thanks you are awesome

The Nampa Idaho location is great. Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable with what they are doing. I enjoy coming to this location knowing I will be treated right and leave with reassurance knowing they serviced my vehicle.

Went to big get my tire repaired from a nail and thing were done and taken care of in a good time frame. Sam was very friendly and explained everything very clearly to where I wasn’t lost. He also recommended some improvements with my tires because of wear on them, glad to be informed because I would not have known. Happy with my experience.
