As always ~ you guys are awesome. I was only thinking the other day how great my car runs and I never have to worry about anything because "my guys" always take care of the essentials. Even though my son on occasion tells me my car is "old" I reply it is ~ but it runs like its brand new. That's because of all the great care it gets. Can't say how grateful I am. Thanks for being there for me whenever I call ~ about anything.

The team members took the initiative to remember my name and make me feel like I'm important to them even though I was just getting my tires rotated. They are such good people and set a great example of customer service

Just bought my first car and took it in to get new tires and they ended up helping me look over the whole car. They look and found that nothing was wrong giving me peace of mind that all was good

An AC compression line needed to be repaired off-site. I was not called and told the cost and it was repaired without me being informed. When discussed with the employee they were sincerely sorry for the oversight and made an adjustment on the price.
