I have never been treated so well! My 16 year old daughter and I got a flat tire while driving her truck. We waited an hour for AAA to come help us and they took us to Big O. The store was out of the tires we needed due to a big sale. The manager, Chris Lyons had them put his own personal tires he had just changed on our truck, knowing my daughter was driving to dance that night and that the spare tire was bad. He lent us his tires, which were very good, until we could get back in a couple days. He took no information or money! It was over Christmas, so it took us about a week to come back. When we got there, everyone remembered us and helped right away. My other daughter had just driven back from college and needed air in her tires. They immediately had her come over to fill them. One very nice worker there noticed a tire looked wrong. He asked for a minute to check it out and found a nail. He fixed the tire for free. I even explain in words how kind all of the people at this Big O were to me and my family! We were treated like family, and not like a number or just a sale! I will tell everyone to go there because of the good people working there!

Customer service was excellent at this location. We were told by a competitor that we needed to purchase 4 tires because they could not repair the tire that had a screw. We got a second opinion and Big O Nampa easily repaired it and did it for free. They will receive all of our business going forward. Well done!
