Big O Tires

I would never go anywhere else in town! I actually tried to once and was so disappointed in the service I received, I left there with out getting any work done, and went straight to Big O!

I was traveling from Utah to rigby, Idaho and I was pulling a car hauler trailer with a truck on it and on the way home a trailer tire lost it's tread so I limped into Pocatello and stopped at Big O. They greeted me promptly found me a tire and got me all taken care of and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service I would recommend to everyone!

Fast service and good prices

Drove in with a flat tire,was met at the garage door by employee, who took my car right away and fixed. He also checked the other tires to be sure they were appropriately inflated. Great job!! Just love this place!

Isabel Guerrero helped me locate a discontinued tire so I could replace a bad tire on my vehicle - I really appreciated her time, effort, and professionalism to solve my problem. I felt like she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I can see why Big O Tires made Isabel their store manager - she does an excellent job!
