I had an issue with my trailer wheel that just had the bearings packed at another store in another state. Marc got me in on Memorial weekend and fixed it within minutes with a half day full of scheduled work. Thank you for a great experience and warranting the work from another store!

Tires i ordered were in in less than 24 hrs. Service was quick. Front desk worker seemed very knowledgable and was very willing to help me out with an issue I had with another tire company.

I recently took my car in to get an alignment. Had a damaged part on my vehicle replaced and got 4 new tires. Marc was friendly and very helpful with information on tires, etc. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them and their services.

I have been a Big O customer for years. Ever since I was a teenager with my first car. All the staff members are friendly and treat me kindly and with respect. They always follow up and communicate any additional problems found or even give me advice on how to keep my car running great for longer. This particular visit, they were quick to look at my car and update me with their findings. Not only did they find my starter was failing, they discovered a leaking gasket that actually caused the damage to the starter. Both parts were replaced same day and I was able to pick my car up and drive it home without any problems. I am so grateful for the time and work the staff puts into their projects. They work quick and efficiently and I always leave the premises happy.
