Service was great

Isabelle and Kiko are always exceptional to work with. We had a couple hiccups with tires being in stock and Isabelle was in communication all the way along and helped us find an even better alternative. We will recommend all our friends and family to come to this us Big O location because of all the positive experiences we’ve had with them over the years!

When I was in need of tires that day but they didn't have them in stock. My tire was flat on the front driver side but they gave me a great loaner tire. Nice service! Gave great me assistance!

I came by on Saturday at 3:30. The Manager was very kind but explained that there would not be a way to see my car before closing time at 4:00. I appreciated the honesty and clarity. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The appointment went well and I was done quickly. This location is excellent.

It was all great, they fixed my tire for me. But like how all vehicles need maintenance, my starter just went out.

A tire on our 5th wheel blew in the late afternoon on 5/19, while they couldn’t replace our tires when we arrived, Marc allowed us to overnight in their parking lot. We were very thankful for this! Thanks, Marc.

I went a few days ago to have my tires rotated. I was very happy for the e-mail reminder to have this done. They also told me that I should have an alignment soon. I feel that they take good care of me.

It felt like the right price was given to me, and they were willing to answer all of my questions. They even tried to make some adjustments to get what I needed done.

I had called before i went to big O to make sure they had a tire and what the price was because i was coming from the next town when i got there they didnt have the tire after all but they made it right with me because i had came out of my way for the tire i had called on they have nice and friendly workers and they always make you feel welcome

The employees were very nice and informative. Pretty cheap oil change. They let me know that I’d need new tires and got me a great deal.

Just need to up the communication on wait times. It took all day for my vehicle.
