Moe handled the problem quickly and efficiently. He ordered the part, had it delivered and the muffler was repaired while I waited, which was about an hour.

I searched online for service centers that can do an oil change. Midas popped up. I was pleased with the prices so I filled out an online application. I received a prompt call back. The whole process took about an hour. That almost never happens to me! 🤗

Learned things about my car I didnt know about.

Very friendly and detailed when it comes to explaining what they’ll be going over when it comes to my vehicle, and they’re service was fairly fast as well.

Everyone was very professional and caring. I even received a discount on my service.

I usually schedule my appointments to get my oil changes and wait at the location, but this time I called the day of on feb. 2nd and the man who helped me told me to come on in. I did a drop off and he called me during the oil change to let me know of price changes and if I would like to get filters. I really appreciated him letting me know the price difference before starting on my car. I didn’t catch his name but he had on a hat with shoulder length brown hair. Excellent costumer service!
