Company did not install brakes correctly damaging car and refused to repair damages. Horrible experience. I can't even drive by the store without feeling sick to my stomach.

Very helpful staff. They were able to provide fast and high quality service. The prices are a touch high, but I did not make an appointment for the oil change. Will look into their prices for fleet service in the future

The customer service was wonderful! They took the time to call my dad and discuss their recommendations before moving forward. I previously went to another place for a lightbulb change and they told me to go to a mechanic thinking I had electrical issues. Midas did an inspection, was communicative the entire time, and was able to replace my bulb. They also informed me of why the bulb was giving the other place trouble (they had bent a prong). I loved the transparency and kindness of staff. Will 100% be coming back.
