The first time I had a lot of expensive work done, I ended up being charged less than quoted and when does that ever happen?! This recent trip the work was done while I sat comfortably in the lobby doing some reading for school. It was finished sooner than quoted and I was updated constantly. They also surmised correctly what the problem might be after I did a horrible job of describing the car’s “symptoms” and noises. And I had a couple other concerns that they absolutely soothed my worries about while they fixed the main reason I came.

I was able to schedule an appointment. My car was taken in at the given time. THe length of service was shared with me upon drop off. My car's service was completed at the time I was promised.
