Took my older truck to get smoged. Stopped at 4 other star stations first and nobody could do it till I got to Midas. They did a good job.

I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very friendly and welcoming. Explained everything to me to make sure i understood what was happening or going to happen. Today it rained and he bought out what looked like a personal heater for us to warm up me and my son. It was easy to drop off the damaged tire them pick it up later, we’re are just passing through and live in Nevada, not San Diego where the Midas was at. The tire was about $40. More than other dealers, but you are the only ones that had any interest in ordering only one tire. I own my own RV business and prefer supporting a shop close to where we were staying, then shop online.

Forgot to rotate my tires after I asked 3 times to assure they were rotated and they still weren't.

Staff were communicative, kind, and helpful. I felt like I could trust them.
