Big O Tires

I recently went to the Broadway Big O store in Boise to have some brake work done. Alec was assigned to do the work. Not only was he competent at replacing the front rotors but I completely trusted his judgement on repairs he wanted to complete. Alec, along with the front counter staff are true professionals who do not attempt to sell products my vehicle did not need. I plan to take all of my vehicle service needs to them in the future. Highly recommend if you have a gm truck, these trucks are known for being picky with size/offset. These guys drive gm and very knowledgable about what works. Clear communicators and know their products because they use them. I've always done business with the Main Street location and never had any complaints but these guys seem to have more knowledge. They've earned my business and will use them for all my vehicles

We took in two cars yesterday, one for tires and one for brakes. We have been working with Alex Simpson, who is great. Very knowledgeable, great technical skills, great communication skills. It was very busy when went in late in the afternoon, and he was courteous, friendly, patient while we made our decisions, and worked us right in. Got the tires on the one car and checked the brakes in less than 30 minutes and had already started on the brakes on the other. I watched from the waiting room window while they worked on our cars and they were very thorough, careful and complete in their service. Called us back later that evening to tell us the 2nd car was done before closing (6:00) and had already field tested it for some knocks I was hearing in the struts. We highly recommend Big O, their staff, their service and their products.
