I am visiting from out of state, in town for a soccer tournament. With all the construction in the area we ended up with a large bolt stuck in the front tire. The friendly staff had it out and patched within 15 mins and NO CHARGE! I was blown away. Nicest crew ever!! Thank you!!

Alex and Tony were very helpful in purchasing new tires for my Explorer. I live in the Sun Valley area and travel to Boise most weekends. They considered the snow and extreme weather along with road noise on the freeway. Well, I just got back to Wood River Valley and I LOVE the tires. They were also very quick at the tire change, as I had a event I needed to get to. THANKS GUYS!!!

I have used and sent my friends to the Big O Tire store, on Broadway, Boise, Idaho for many years. Recently, I had work done on my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche (catalytic converter) and today, I had four tires replaced on a newly purchased Chinook camper van. Mike, the main mechanic, has an outstanding reputation for his knowledge of all automobiles. Despite having Magnaflow mufflers on the Avalanche, he made the entire system work without complaint. On the Chinook camper, Manager Dustin took the time to explain why it was important to change tires on the vehicle when they appeared to be in fair shape. By showing me the date code (01/05) he explained the vehicle's tires were too old to be on long, extended road trips. He had a safer Cooper RTX tire installed that day. I have brought many of my vehicles to this particular store simply because I trust what they do and say to me. From Dustin to Mike to Alex and Tony I never feel they are simply selling me their products. I trust them and I trust them so much I recommend the store to my family and friends. It is not the service, they are family looking out for my best interests. Great job!

Highly recommend if you have a gm truck, these trucks are known for being picky with size/offset. These guys drive gm and very knowledgable about what works. Clear communicators and know their products because they use them. I've always done business with the Main Street location and never had any complaints but these guys seem to have more knowledge. They've earned my business and will use them for all my vehicles
