We brought our Lexus SUV in as the wheels were shaking when breaks were applied. We brought the vehicle in and explained the problem...The front breaks were replaced in a timely manner and we were in our way.

Parvin was extremely helpful in giving us the details of what was wrong with our vehicle and accurately gave us an accurate quote for all the repairs. He also added some additional oil to our vehicle, even though we had gone to another Midas Speedee just yesterday to get the oil changed.

Went in FB or an oil change on my Corolla. Great customer service and communication. Service was completed in 25min & my vehicle is running great.

I took my 2009 Honda Pilot for an oil change. I was sitting in the waiting room and watching through the window the mechanic doing the oil change and associated maintenance check. I though the mechanic was extremely thorough. The found a very dirty AC filter and showed me. I asked to replace it and they did. The service manager was also very polite, helpful and professional. I also observed his same excellent behavior with other customers too. He also id a quick diagnostic check for the warning lights showing on desh the dashboard of the car and explained the codes to me.
