This shop goes above and beyond - 3 of their mechanics stayed until 8:00 p.m. to finish working on my car so I had it back the same day. Our whole family has had only good experiences here!

I went into mitis a year ago for tire rotation. Somehow my Lugnuts lock was kept and lost from mitis. I was getting tire service somewhere else noticed my lock lug nut was missing. I knew mitis was the last car service car place to service my wheels and tires I want back explain the situation, at first they can our denying the service because they come to find out I went somewhere else to get my car serviced, but that was only an oil change. If I had nothing to do with my tires and rims. Long story short, they trusted my explanation and they made it right and they ordered me new legs And I was on my way. It took a very long time to get that part but they thanked me for having patience and working with them but I also thank them for making it right and understanding my situation that and trusting in me that you’re speaking the truth and not making it up so they are very understanding associates managers, technicians, etc.

Manager D'Angelo and the technician took great care of my daughter's Mini Cooper. She was very comfortable knowing that their suggestions for services were legit and gave her a great piece of mind. She will be a MIDAS customer for life!
