There were good review online and I took a chance on Midas. I have never been there before but it was a seemless process. The associate I dealt with was very nice and did not try to upsell me on anything.

Josh was very communicative and accurate and the timetable he gave. I had asked if I could pick up the vehicle at a certain point, and it was actually ready about an hour prior to that.

The work done on my vehicles over the last few years has been consistently high quality. I've only experienced one "mishap" (a simple honest human error) involving front end work on one of the sedans... and it was corrected immediately upon my return to the shop. There is a mechanic named Curtis who has worked there for a quite some years I believe. Treat him good as an employer... because he's that good.
