The customer service was amazing. I scheduled online but for some reason the appointment didn’t show up on the computer. They were able to fit me in and take care of my needs anyways.

I pulled up an hour before the store closed and was expecting only an estimate on some tires. Instead it turned out they had a good price on some tires I needed, and they were in stock. They got them installed while I waited so I didn't need to come back to have them put on at a later time. The staff was extremely friendly through the entire process which made it even better. Satisfied with the results, my vehicle had a few issues with getting the repair done and the Big O staff did their best to fix the issues. Their due diligence to solve the repair to my 100% satisfaction was greatly appreciated. This Big O facility is my go to shop my vehicles.

The manager was awesome! I told him I couldn't afford to get 4 new tires and was just buying one at a time. He told me I was wrecking my transmission by doing that because my Jeep is an all wheel drive. He gave me a credit app and I got approved! I was able to make an appointment to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I will be forever great to him for helping me.

My associate was very helpful and explained any of the findings etc. I have a leaking shock that I was told about which I would not have known They have a lifetime warranty so I'll be taking it back to the place I have do it. But it was good to have everything checked out so I knew.

Staff member was great and friendly and got my tire fixed well before my medical appointment that morning
