Good no problem hope tires last 60000 miles

Came in to get my car aligned , also got my coolant system flushed.

I came in for a bubble on the sidewall of one tire, caused by a pothole. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a good discussion about which tires I wanted and I'm pleaed with my decision.

I waited a short time to speak to the service writer. We arranged to bring the car back early the next morning so he could check the auto computer that registers needed repairs. I returned at 8:15 he had a service specialist check my car and determined the issue, he showed me the print out and he advised me to bring it back in if the car gave me the same message for repair. I feel everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I will return to that Big O the next time I need something done on one of my cars because I believe they are thurough and honest.

This store is awesome. All the staff know me by name and are always happy to help me with my vehicle needs. That have installed new tires, brakes, rotors, and then finally when my engine blew they found me a new one and got it fast. They installed it. And during the installation process they even gave me rides to and from home and even to work if I needed it. I can't tell you how much I love the way they handle customers and the care of. I would highly recommend them to any one. It has been six months since the engine installation and my ac went out they got me right in and fixed at cost. Again they are always there for me and I couldn't have anyone better in my side!!!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with one of my tires and was very worried about the outcome. I walked in and the representative was very understanding and very helpful. He made sure I was able to get my tire serviced far beyond my expectations. Great customer service.

Fast, friendly, and efficient

It was my first time visiting a Big O Tire. I was impressed by very friendly customer service and the quick fix of my tire that had a screw in it. I highly recommend this business. For sure, I will return when I need new tires.
