I have multiple vehicles equipped with tires from this location. Friendly service and availability have been met every time.

Had an appointment and got right in. Told it would be available in 45 minutes and it was. Very friendly, courteous and pleasant on phone and on-site.

My experience was great. There was a problem with some tie rods that wasn't letting my truck get an alignment. The parts were fast to get to the location and my guy Justin took $50 off my bill. Just that little bit really helps.

Great service

I went in for to purchase 4 tires and have my oil changed. During the alignment the service person found that I needed additional work done. They were able to get the parts quickly and completed the whole service needed. They explained the function of the vehicle and the need for the parts so thoroughly that I was at ease in having the needed service done right away. I have been going to this Big O in Falcon, Co for 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. Also have recommended them to many people. It is nice to just to sit there working on my lap top as I watch them work thru the bay window into the garage are. So glad to have this Big O as my place I can trust.

I drove 30 miles out of my way to deal with the manager David Largent. He used to take care of us at the store on Fillmore and we loved the service that he provided. The friendliness and professionalism from the entire team at the store in Falcon is what great service looks like. Thank you for hiring such a great manager!!!

They found the problem I couldn’t find and didn’t charge me what they could have if they were dishonest.

The only negative was that Big O logged the mileage of my vehicle incorrectly on the sales order. This would have a large impact on warranty to the favor of Big O. I called to have it corrected as soon as I noticed the error, and was told it would be corrected (the correct mileage recorded), but have never received anything from Big O to let me know for certain this did indeed occur. It would have been nice if Big O sent me a revised sales order showing the correct mileage....something I could keep in the vehicle in the event of a warranty issue.

Scott and Justin did a great job and had very good attitudes.
