Working with Scott was great, helped provide the best options for my vehicle, continued to help even though it was after closing hours. Remembered me the next day and was clear with options and pricing!

they were great. Came in at 5 pm for a new tire and they had me taken care of in a jiffy

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They identified a problem I was experiencing with my tires and fixed it. I feel relatively sure I will not have this problem in the future.

Bethany was very helpful with my battery purchase, and carried the new battery to my truck.

Given the circumstances of why I needed tires the team was very responsive, helpful and provided a great quality product and service at a great price.

Timeliness, friendliness, efficiency

I just left the Falcon facility with 4 brand new tires and a much needed alignment! Pablo is a true customer service professional. He greeted me and kept me abreast of the entire process. Eddie was great, he removed my tires and also advised how he was involved in the process. I just can't say enough about how I was treated by all involved. I will never go anywhere else but BIG "O"!!

From the very first time I brought in 2 of my vehicles for servicing/repair, I have been a very satisfied customer. I have been using this Big O Tires shop since. Their personnel are truly customer-focused, respectful and knowledgeable.I have recommended this shop to my family and friends. They will not disappoint when you go to them.

This is our third visit to Big O in Falcon and we are very happy with our experiences. Justin, Pablo, Randy and Chris were awesome, including the young lady I talk to on the phone a couple of times. Can't recall her name at the moment, but everyone was polite and very knowledgeable. Great staff!

Tho, they didn't meet me at my truck due to they were busy. But service was outstanding. I recently did some front end work to my truck. Needed alignment afterwards. They fixed my alignment and went back and fixed everything else that I thought was torqued down in the front end. She rides better than before. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

After having an awful experience at Walmart's auto department last year, I can say the Big O Tire In Falcon did a complete 180 with my tire buying experience. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. They came in an explained everything to me in a way I would understand. They are now my go to for all things tire related!

I called at 2:00 p.m to ask if I could come in to have a flat tire checked. The associate told me to come in and promised to take care of me on a walk-in basis. He checked the tire and found it was damaged beyond repair and replaced the tire in a very timely basis with a helpful friendly attitue.
