This specific store was phenomenal. I had a roadside emergency on the day before, which was a Sunday. After spending the night because everywhere was closed, i showed up Monday morning after a holiday weekend, without an appointment, and the manager got me right in, fixed the problem and got me back on the road.......Denver to Phoenix.......The customer service of this store was outstanding........ I cannot say enough.......Thank you.

I marked 3 on customer service is because the first guy at the counter was super crabby and deserves a 1 or 2 :( Later, I talked with Chris Robinson and he was very nice, accommodating and friendly. Chris gets a "5"!

I just had my oil changed and my tires rotated at the Big O Eagle-Vail Store and the service was fantastic...nice to do business with such a caring staff...especially manager Peter Russell!
