Iv always been treated excellent at this store. Very knowledgeable mechanics and the store manager has always exceeded my expectations. He has helped me numerous times over the past 8 years even before he was a manager.

We know Peter the manager for a long time. Trust his opinion and knowledge.

Quick and efficient , 4 hours

Peter checked me in. I went for a bike ride, received a call earlier then expected and rode back in and was on my way. Perfect timing and a job well done!

Overall positive. Only issue, we asked that the summer tires taken off the car (and replaced with snow tires) be marked based on wheel....Left Front etc. The mechanic did not do this.

I am new to the Valley and first time visit due to a suspected nail in tire. The repair was done, the service was very friendly, and the price was right! . .I am in need of an oil change, I will be scheduling this with Big O

Well, hard to go into detail about getting a tire plugged. You really should have sent me a survey about when I spent $3,000 there getting a new differential put in.
