Peter the manager is the answer man. I have a fleet of cars and I have avoided BIGO for a long time because I had some poor experiences. Peter promised me that I would not be did-appointed. He was Right! The Tire balance and alignment were done RIGHT the FIRST TIME and the price was better then I was expecting. Thank You Peter

Great Choice For New Tires: We had a great experience at the Eagle Vail Big O tire store. On time, as agreed, no up- sale, price was fair. Service good. Peter - the manager made the experience very pleasant. Competitive with COSTCO and Walmart.

I had the rear brake rotors and pads replaced. The work was done correctly, I was billed for the exact amount of the quote (no extras) and the work was done on time.

I had went to Eagle/Vail store, about 10:30 am. I was greeted by Peter, and I asked if he could check the suspension parts on my 2000 3/4 ton dodge pickup. Turns out the whole front end, needed to be rebuilt. New ball joints, new shocks, etc..., etc... They jumped right on it and they even delivered my truck back to my house in Eagle around 5:00 pm! I went in the Big O Store without any notice, by the way.... They were just great........
