The Avon store is fantastic. The service was so fast, I asked if they would change my oil while I drove down I-70 to the store. That is the only way it could be faster. However, your website for getting coupons needs some work. You ask for my age and yet I had to click the down arrow for my year, one year at a time. I was born in 1956. Do I really need to click 62 times? Also, you ask for the make and model of the car, but there is no way of entering it. That does not detract from what matters. Your overall service is excellent. I have been taking my car to this location for several years because of the great, personalized customer service. One of my vehicles is very unique in that it is a 1989 Range Rover with extremely low mileage so I am very particular about taking care of it and I receive excellent personalized from the Manager Peter. He was great at not only finding good used parts(hard to do for this vehicle) asap and making sure they are installed as carefully, quickly and professionally as possible but personally keeping me informed along the way. He also did a great job in making sure my lack of patience did not rush the process. Obviously I needed my car as quickly as possible so I could have my vehicle back so I was very impatient, but he made sure we still took the extra time needed to make sure it was done correctly so that the vehicle worked better longer when I was rushing him to get it back asap. This I appreciate very much. The mechanic also did an excellent job installing the parts and reinforcing as much as possible. Thanks!!!!!
