The person that I talked to refused to do my oil change and he was rude and unprofessional. The other person that was there didn't even offer to help me when I was standing at the counter.

I took my car in at 7:10am to have snow tires(that I bought from Big O tires last year) put on my car and to have the alignment checked and to check the windshield wiper tank. They said it would be ready about 2. I arrived at 3 because that is when I could get a ride there and found it was in a line to have the alignment checked such that it was going to be 2 more hours! It turned out to be 2 hours and 40 minutes and they did not even check the windshield tank! I was talking with someone else who had brought his car in an hour after mine and his car was aligned before mine! Awful experience...will never go to that store in Eagle Vail again.

BIG NO! this shop has screwed up something every time we've gone in and we will never go again. The staff is clearly not interested in their customers or listening to what they need. Worst place to go for tires or any of your needs in Eagle County and maybe even Colorado.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told they had time to do it right away. They immediately took my car down to get the work done as I waited over an hour and a half to get the oil changed. When I left and got on the interstate the tires weren't balanced so I had to turn around and come back to have the tires re-balanced. When all was said and done I wasted 3 hours of my day at Big O Tires. And after all of that they didn't even reset the oil light in my vehicle and it smelled like cigarettes smoke...

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my 62 years of living with a vehicle maintenance. Customer service was poor, receptionist rude and the manager was on responsive at this point I'm still waiting going on two hours for the manager to come speak with me. I would not recommend this place.

Guys who changed out my tires broke a piece of the interior of my Subaru Outback, a hinge that's used to hang grocery bags/other items on and adds utility to the car. I don't mind paying more for service at Big O, but I won't be back after this. Don't be irresponsible and just throw heavy tires in the back of someones car, break something, and then not offer to fix it.

After a 2 hour wait for a tire balance and rotation, I drove to Gypsum. The car was shaking so badly I turned and went back to Big O. They had to re-balance the tires and charged me $110 for an alignment. The car was fine when I brought it in??????

I own a 2006 Honda Pilot. I went to Big-O in July of 2017 to get my rotors replaced because my car was making odd sounds whenever I tried to decelerate. Two months later I went back because the noise had returned, and they told me my brake pads needed replacing too. For one, I was upset that they hadn't even bothered to check the brake pads back in July when I'd originally gone in for the noise problem. It's a hassle to get your car fixed and the fact I had to do it twice in two months was annoying. Secondly, they had told me that the brake pads I originally had were 'cheap' which is why they'd run down after only 8 months of having them. When I asked what kind of brake pads they'd be replacing my 'cheap' ones with, it turned out their 'top quality' brake pads were the same exact kind as my 'cheap' ones. After I got my car back the second time, as well as paying over $1,000 for the two services, the noise still hadn't gone away. I brought it in for a third time in October because the noise still hadn't gone away. They proceeded to tell me it was my VTM-4 fluid and it needed replacing. They wanted to charge me for each fluid exchange (it had to be flushed 3-4 times) equaling $180. The total price would be $289 after service fees. I refused to pay the service fees as they hadn't fixed the problem either time I'd come in before. After doing some research, the Valvoline shop down the road would do the same service for $69!! A quarter of the price of Big-O. Ridiculous they can charge that much more for the exact same service. To make matters even worse, when talking to the Valvoline workers, they said my VTM-4 fluid didn't even need to be changed to begin with. When explaining the problem to Valvoline (with the noise), they said it didn't make any sense that Big-O would think that it was the VTM-4 fluid. Three times I came to Big-O with a problem and 3 times they failed to fix the problem, but gladly ripped me off. Never ever go here, very expensive with little results.

The young lady at the counter was wonderful Not sure of expertise from the report received I don't have confidence in mechanics work being performed 1. the check tire pressure light is still lit on the dash When tires were installed I have two different colors of valve stem caps not sure gas or air was put in all four tires after this visit still have two cap colors Last time when tires were put on I had to come back back three times to resolve issue You hired a new manager then who resolved issue 1st time

Went in for a tire rotation and balance, and wish I hadn't bothered. Took way longer than I was told it would take, and then I got a call telling me my car was ready, even though I was sitting in the waiting room 10 feet away from the desk. The guy never even got off the phone when he handed me my keys back. Those things are annoying, but the worst part was that the hood of my car wasn't closed and latched after it was worked on, and it opened AS I WAS DRIVING on the highway. If I didn't get free balancing and rotation with the tires I bought at Big O, I would never let them touch my car again.

Had new rim installed by big o on 2/5/18. Drove to Iowa 3/6/18 to visit family. On the way noticed vibration/noise coming from tire that was recently installed. Took vehicle to be inspected at jeep delearship just to be safe for the ride back. Improper wheel installation by "last person to service" caused rotors, brakes, lugs, studs and rim to be replaced on right rear. Was told i was lucky to make it "alive" to iowa. Cost me $800 as well as time I was to be spending with family. Big o is certainly living up to its reputation in the valley.
