My visit was for a winter tire change over. Check in was very quick and efficient. My instructions were followed. The work was done in a couple of hours. I was phoned when the car was ready. Check out was also very efficient. All the work was done correctly and on time.

During a treacherous drive from Denver - heavy snow and ice - I started losing air pressure in my right, rear tire. I aired up in Silverthorne and by West Vail, I was down to 17 PSI again. I called AAA; was dispatched to the West Vail Shell and Brandon checked the pressure. It was accurate, so we knew it was a sensor failure. He put air in my tire and recommended that I go to Big O since you were open (it was a Sunday) and he knew Eric. I immediately called; confirmed that Eric was not in, but that you could check the tire for me. Everyone was very helpful! I was on my way in less than an hour with a newly patched tire; a big nail and information regarding another problem with the tire that I took back to my dealer, since the car was purchased in November. THANK YOU BIG O!!! You made my day!!

We received a flat on I-70 and were towed to Big O Tires Avon shortly before they closed. They helped us change to our flat and find a Big O in Denver so we could make it home safely. They were very helpful in our time of need! Thank you!
