Probably the worst experience I've had at this store. I was the 3rd person there and the last of the morning group to leave, waited 6.5 hours for my truck...they busted my lug nut and told me I'd have to wait 2-4 more hours to fix. Should have done it right the first time! Unusually poor service for me this time, makes me re-think my choice.

I brought my car in for an alignment a few weeks ago. this week came in for an oil change and tire rotation and your service center did not want to do the rotation because tires were worn from the out of alignment. I had to insist to have the tires rotated. problematic

I am still pretty upset that the Big O employee told me that the damage done to my sidewall tire could not be fixed. I have had this happen to me on several occasions, and each time they told me I needed new tires. I would leave and go to a different tire dealer, and they fixed my tire(s) easily. I felt bullied into getting new tires. I felt that I had no choice to purchase four brand new tires at a time when I absolutely could not afford it. They would not let me see the damage done to my tire as my car was in the garage bay on a lift. If they just walked out to my car in the parking lot and told me the prognosis (as they had done in the past), I would have drove away and found someone who could repair my tire with no problem. As I have done repeatedly in the past. I guess the employees at this location have figured out how to get their customers over a barrel and purchase new tires. Very disappointing. The tires I purchased do NOT make me feel safe. My car does not drive in a straight line. It overcorrects. Very scary driving my car, that is a LEASE I have had for only six months. I feel stuck with what I was bullied into purchasing.

I got new tires a few months ago, within a week one of the tire weights came off and the car was shaking due to not being balanced. When we took in the car to get the tire re-balanced, they told us that wasn't covered as it was road hazard (come on, less than a week means the weight wasn't totally seated). But we went ahead and bought the road hazard warranty for another $50. This last week we picked up something in our tire and got a slow leak, took it in and they plugged the hole. Then they tried to charge us. We told them we had the road hazard warranty and showed them and they tried to say that it wasn't covered. We had to get several people involved and finally (after quite some time) one associate came up and said "Oh yea, you shouldn't be charged". I feel they know this the entire time, and if not they need better training on what they sell. I feel they know most people don't either understand what they have or just believe the associate and will pay these fees.

I went in becaus I had a coupon for an oil change, fluid check, and tire rotation. I also wanted to have my brakes checked, as I now hand 50000 miles on my car and they have been making a screeching noise. After waiting over two hours (which I was okay with) I talked to a different person than who took my keys, and found out that they forgot to rotate my tires and reported they heard nothing with my brakes, even though I was sitting outside when they moved my car and heard the noise from where I was. When I told the guy this, he just said "okay" but didn't offer to let me talk to the mechanic or to correct the problem with my tires, which I would have waited for. The guys at my local shop are all friendly and nice, but after this experience, I'll probably go somewhere else for oil changes in the future.

So, I visited the store prior to my actual service to see about the warranty on my tires. Seems that they wore out 50% faster than they should have and I should get a discount (warranty) amount on a new set of tires with the same company. (Continental). Talked to Dennis and discussed the discount that I would get and ordered the new tires. I was told that I would receive a call when they came in, and I was anxious as I was waiting on the tires before I left for a cross country trip. Dennis printed out my invoice and told me we could adjust it accordingly for the warranty discount, nitrogen, and tire recycling when I come back because I asked about the, higher than expected, pricing on the invoice. I called because I was wondering if they were in yet, and they were, even though I didn't receive a call. When I got there, Kelsey got my keys and said it would be about 2 hours. I discussed shortly about the coupons I had, one for free alignment and one for free balance. She said they could only take the alignment one. In hindsight, I should have reviewed the invoice and corrected the amounts prior to my disappointment, but wanted to respect the other customers. I sat down and about 3 hours later was called and notified that the alignment was off and it would cost an additional $99. I agreed to that amount. Then I got called up once everything was done, and saw the charge of the original invoice and realized I should have discussed the work prior. I was charged for nitrogen in the tires, which I would have opted out of. (I didn't feel I had recourse on this.) I was charged for tire disposal, but the tires should be going back to the manufacturer for warranty and I shouldn't be charged. (This charge was removed.) And I was charged the full cost of the tires. (This charge was reduced, but only by 40% and not the full 50%). I debated complaining further but was frustrated and decided to leave. I know the warranty process must be an extra pain for the employees, but I was told by Continental that you guys do receive the discounted amount back and don't actually lose any money by processing the warranty. The tires have been fine and seem well balanced so far in regards to quality of service.

I bought snow tires and had them installed, this took 4 hours, ran a few errands, and went home. The next day, when I got on the interstate and reached a speed of 65-70 mph the vehicle vibrated like it was either out of alignment or a tire weight had fallen off. I took it in the next day and asked them to check it and let them know I was planning on making a long drive the following day. 2 hours later my keys returned, charged $125 for the alignment (I feel it should have been a service provided with the original tire purchase) and the car still shakes when I reach speeds of 70+. A little better but... Very upset that I am going to have to go in again at the expense of my time. They should be paying me at this point...

Service was quick and efficient, but after I left I found that air pressure was too low in one tire.

I dropped my car off today and was told 90 minutes... 4 hours later I am still waiting. No call, and no apologies. I have been a Big O customer (Castle Rock) for years and that will end today. I can't believe how poorly the customer is treated at this location. Shame!

I went in for an oil change, rotate and balance. I asked how busy they were, because I had to get back to work, they said not at all, week can have it done soon.Three and a half hours later, I got my truck back, missed work and went home.

Love my new tires! Getting 4 new tires was easy and simple but follow up on problems is sub standard!! I've been back twice! Issue still not resolved.

Overall they are good just make sure that they down EVERYTHING you want them to do

We are not from the area, but always use Big O for most of our service needs. We were very unimpressed with our service here. Service was slow, management was unprofessional. Kids were running around in there service garage, we are questioning the knowledge of the technicians, as my husband had to fix the tire pressure after we left the shop.

Did not honor their coupon and did not do the tire rotation

I had gotten a flat on my less than a week old tires. when they replaced them I asked if I could keep the old tires so I could use the warranty I had on them. They ended up recycling the tire and rendering the other one pointless. I was unable to renew my warranty so I ended up wasting almost $400. I really enjoyed my experience at your store but that one mistake cost me big

I asked for a tire rotation, my tires were clearly not rotated. I had a slightly deflated tire on my rear drivers side tire. It is still slightly deflated telling me that 1) my tires were not rotated and 2) they did not check tire pressure.

The service while checking in was professional. I was however disappointed my oil change & tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours. An average day weather

Came in for a tire rotation, staff was courteous and job finished in a timely fashion. Two days later I noticed one tire flat ( duallys ) opposite tires had valve extender Hanging between tires. Store acting manager agreed to repair closing time on Saturday. Tire did not hold air and manager called tow truck 450 $ Was not able to leave for vacation reservation until 2 days later. Also found valve extender on side with flat had extender missing. On site tech blamed this on corrosion. I have this part they gave me no corrosion.... How would corrosion cause a missing extender and one to be missing ?...... They also blamed flat on damaged valve stem. New stems were installed on tires by big o at purchase date. 10,000 miles on michilen tires ( like new) District manager would only pay 1/2 of towing ( received ) feel I did nothing wrong but was out trip time deposits and i\ 2 towing not fair

Driving out of the parking lot I realized my car had a giant scratch on my leather steering wheel that's approximately 4 inches long possibly from a ring someone was wearing. Obviously nothing you can do about it but super annoying that there was damage to my car during a routine oil change and it was never addressed. I won't return again.

Checked wait by phone prior to going there. Quoted 20 minutes. Waited 5 HOURS to have summer tires mounted.
