It took 3+ hours to repair by driver side back tire due to a slow leak. I was told by one front desk gentleman it would take "no time at all" and in my mind that means 30 minutes or less. I needed an alignment as well but opted out of the service since the same gentleman told me it would take 1.5 hours, but had I known my tire repair would've taken that long, I would've spent more money on the alignment as well. A different, young gentleman was extremely apologetic and I would give him 5+ stars, but if it takes 3+ hours for a simple service, I will most likely go somewhere else for an alignment.

The day after my new tires were installed as I drove over Vail Pass tire pressure light went. I stopped at Big O Tires in Frisco and had them checked. They told me that the new tires have very low pressure and took care of it for me.

I brought my car in for an alignment a few weeks ago. this week came in for an oil change and tire rotation and your service center did not want to do the rotation because tires were worn from the out of alignment. I had to insist to have the tires rotated. problematic

I was very disappointed because I waited 3 hours Dennis told me it would take 2 hours for an alignment and four new tires to be put on they only had my new tires on and no alignment Dennis wanted me to wait another hour or so because the alignment was backed up I have never waited two hours to have new tires put on other places I've been to happen within 45 minutes with an alignment check I believe I did need an alignment but I have to get it somewhere else because I'm not going to wait two hours thanks for the tires are nice financing was very helpful

I got new tires a few months ago, within a week one of the tire weights came off and the car was shaking due to not being balanced. When we took in the car to get the tire re-balanced, they told us that wasn't covered as it was road hazard (come on, less than a week means the weight wasn't totally seated). But we went ahead and bought the road hazard warranty for another $50. This last week we picked up something in our tire and got a slow leak, took it in and they plugged the hole. Then they tried to charge us. We told them we had the road hazard warranty and showed them and they tried to say that it wasn't covered. We had to get several people involved and finally (after quite some time) one associate came up and said "Oh yea, you shouldn't be charged". I feel they know this the entire time, and if not they need better training on what they sell. I feel they know most people don't either understand what they have or just believe the associate and will pay these fees.

Great customer service, love the people. Prices are steep for an oil change.

So, I visited the store prior to my actual service to see about the warranty on my tires. Seems that they wore out 50% faster than they should have and I should get a discount (warranty) amount on a new set of tires with the same company. (Continental). Talked to Dennis and discussed the discount that I would get and ordered the new tires. I was told that I would receive a call when they came in, and I was anxious as I was waiting on the tires before I left for a cross country trip. Dennis printed out my invoice and told me we could adjust it accordingly for the warranty discount, nitrogen, and tire recycling when I come back because I asked about the, higher than expected, pricing on the invoice. I called because I was wondering if they were in yet, and they were, even though I didn't receive a call. When I got there, Kelsey got my keys and said it would be about 2 hours. I discussed shortly about the coupons I had, one for free alignment and one for free balance. She said they could only take the alignment one. In hindsight, I should have reviewed the invoice and corrected the amounts prior to my disappointment, but wanted to respect the other customers. I sat down and about 3 hours later was called and notified that the alignment was off and it would cost an additional $99. I agreed to that amount. Then I got called up once everything was done, and saw the charge of the original invoice and realized I should have discussed the work prior. I was charged for nitrogen in the tires, which I would have opted out of. (I didn't feel I had recourse on this.) I was charged for tire disposal, but the tires should be going back to the manufacturer for warranty and I shouldn't be charged. (This charge was removed.) And I was charged the full cost of the tires. (This charge was reduced, but only by 40% and not the full 50%). I debated complaining further but was frustrated and decided to leave. I know the warranty process must be an extra pain for the employees, but I was told by Continental that you guys do receive the discounted amount back and don't actually lose any money by processing the warranty. The tires have been fine and seem well balanced so far in regards to quality of service.

I noticed within a day or so the alignment was off after having it serviced, but I didn't make it back in until I was at 3000 miles. I had tried the Avon location after 4 years of going to the Frisco location, because I hoped to get friendlier customer service. They did the free tire rotation and alignment check. It had seemed to be pulling to the left, right after I had got it fixed. I was told I had needed to come back after a day or two if I had wanted it fixed without paying for a new alignment. When I purchased the tires in the first place I was never offered a plan with or with out a warranty. I would have purchased at least 6 months if I had been. I've gone to Big O tires for close to 8 years for tires. I've never had to pay more for a warranty on a basic alignment and set of tires, at least within a couple months or like 6000 miles. Not sure if I should even try another location or just another company. The stores and employees in Denver and Littleton are awesome, but to far.

Service was quick and efficient, but after I left I found that air pressure was too low in one tire.

I spent almost $800.00 in your store and when I came to pick up the vehicle no one even explained to me the services that had been performed, their opinion of my car's condition or any work that might need to be done. The guys just made me sign to pay, tossed me the keys and said "here you go". When I asked where I could find the vehicle, the representative just said "use the panic button". :-/ The car runs great and it's nice to have new tires, but maybe just quickly walk me through all of the points of the inspection and tell me what you guys did, i.e. what did I get for what I paid for? It just kind of felt like once you had my money you were happy to just get me out the door.

Had a tire with a slow leak. Big o told me I needed a new pressure sensor. My car doesn't even have them so before they ordered the $120 sensor I had them recheck and oh yes I don't need one. Re sealed the rim and all is good. Not impressed with the knowledge of the employees. Seem to rush to conclusions

I purchased a set of Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires from Big O in November 2015. The tires themselves are incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for snow tires. My experience at Big O has been a different story. Due to them not taking reservations, service times are always longer than originally quoted. It seems there is also seems to be some discrepancy in the paperwork they maintain on their computer system so make sure to retain all of your paperwork such as receipts and rebates. When I purchased my tires I was quoted that I would receive complementary alignments for the life of the tires and a full complementary synthetic oil change. This was THE determining factor in me choosing Big O over a less expensive competitor. When I later went in to collect my Oil change and alignment I was told that I was only given a $40 rebate towards an oil change. I was also told by one employee that I was given a complementary alignment assessment, not the actual alignment. I declined to have the alignment be performed at the time and opted for a complementary tire rotation. When I came back to collect my vehicle another employee informed me that I did indeed qualify for complementary alignments for the life of the tires. However, I did not have the time to have this service performed as they were already running an hour over my quoted time for the oil change and rotation. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my tires were out of balance. It appears that in the three hours it took to perform a oil change and tire rotation that they either forgot to or didn't have enough time to balance the newly rotated tires properly. I had to return my vehicle at a later date and wait another hour while they balanced my tires. This service was given to me at no cost and with no argument. TL;DR: Get there early and be willing to part with you vehicle for ~6 hours whenever you drop it off with Big O. Retain all of your paperwork and get any purchasing incentives in writing. Write down the name of the employees you work with. Check to make sure your vehicle is performing properly when you collect it from the shop.

Did not honor their coupon and did not do the tire rotation

Hi. When we went in to put snow tires on my vehicle, we asked if the tires that were on the car could be used for awhile longer. The technician assured of this.. I do not know his name. That was back in like oct or nov of last year. I wanted to know so If i needed new tires, i could put money away for that particular reason. When we came in on SUNDAY, May 7, they brought one of my tires up and it was completely balled, so guess what, I had to purchase new tires, all the while thinking I still had time to save up for new ones. That happened on 2 vehicles and we ended up spending almost $1000 we weren't planning on spending, and which would have been easier if we had an opportunity to save up the money. Otherwise, the service was good. Just though you should know. Thanks.

I came in for a a leaking tire. I noted that I believe there was a nail in the tire. The car went in and came out claiming the tire bead would not sit properly on the rim. I cam ein a few days later with the same issue and the bead was the cause for the leak again. This continued on for weeks. I eventually took the tires else where and in fact there was a nail in them. I have since bought new winter tires else where and have not had any leaks. I also purchased the tires from Big O with additional coverage and was still charged for the intial "fix"

Had appt 9am to get my truck tires changed& balanced. Took them 7 hrs to call it was ready but I had called an hour prior checking if my truck was ready on hold 10 mins and was told they would check & call back.By 4pm I headed to Big O stores to check on vehicle when they finally called saying truck ready. Thank goodness I didn't need truck. But what if I did or had something come up where I needed my truck within the 2 hrs. And even two hrs a bit much ??

I came at 7am and dropped my car to have tires installed. I had called the week before and purchased the snow tires. I picked up the car at 5pm, and realized that the new tires had not been installed, and the folks at the store did not know that- they were surprised, even though they took my money and thought the tires were on. I had to bring it back the next day (Saturday) and the had the tires installed.
