Broke my valve stem and took it there and the employees squeezed me in toward the end of the day with ease. I left ten minutes later very happy!

Overall positive. Only issue, we asked that the summer tires taken off the car (and replaced with snow tires) be marked based on wheel....Left Front etc. The mechanic did not do this.

I was helped by two employees. One was named Elliot, but I don't remember the other ones name. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable.

The waiting area was not heated. Very cold wait.
